Gold Image Printing Avis 

Needed a 6ft print of my wife as a party prop for her birthday and Gold Image did NOT disappoint. A quick proof approval process and even faster printing, I was able to avoid costly shipping fees and pick it up right in LA. No issues, and would totally use them again!

When placing my order I selected to not review the proof to “trust” them, knowing that I was not going to be on email most of the day. Apparently, even though it is an option on the order screen, they do not do this and always send a proof. Given that it was not what I selected, nor was I aware of this, my order did not print and wasn’t ready when needed.

Additionally, I ordered a canvas and paid the rush fee for it to be ready in 3 days, it wasn’t, and I found out kinky because I called the company during the pickup window and was told that it wasn’t completed and that I would get a refund. At that point, given that it was so short notice, I was not able to go to another printer and get the canvas printed.
Furthermore, when requesting a refund for my orders that were mishandled, I took over 2 weeks, and that was with me calling every few days to check the status- it was a joke.

Easy to order, perfectly on time, high quality

This company did not deliver whatsoever. I had a rush order, for which the proofs were sent 14 minutes before the deadline for the printing of the day, despite my order being sent the previous business day with multiple phone calls to confirm that this order can happen. Despite numerous calls to confirm that this order could be ready in time, I did not receive any indication that the proofs were being sent so late. Then, the staff was incredibly rude to me and did not work on offering any solutions.

Quality of the print is amazing, the order was delayed by a single day but well worth the wait. Material is high quality, and the image clarity is incredible. though to be fair i did go through the trouble of upscaling via AI beforehand. These guys will definitely be my go-to next time i need a custom print.

At just around 5pm I needed some stickers for next day and an assistant assured me my order will be pushed to production as soon as I placed it and referenced the order number. I received 3 emails the next day at 11am to notify my order is being printed, 3:30pm that my order is being cut and trimmed and at 5pm that my order was ready to be picked up. Excellent!

Emailed 3 times to get a quote and never received a reply. When I submitted a quote form on their website, I received a vague quote that did not address my questions. I called them to speak to a human being about my quote, and they tried to transfer me to the person who completed my quote just to tell me he wasn't answering his phone. I left a message and never received a call back.
