Gold Image Printing Avis 

My item came with wrinkles in the print, it is unusable. Once I called and explained the problem they did issue me a full refund.

Found this printer by doing an online search. So glad I did. The site was very simple to use. The turn around time was so fast and the finished product was exactly what I expected. Will definitely use them again.

The final product was excellent. Exactly what I was looking for.

In the end, the service team was able to deliver for me and the product is very nice! However, there was issue with the image I provided and the communication was pretty one-sided throughout. I gave a different image, then followed up to learn they hadn't processed it yet, even though I'd expressed the timeline of the order. I had to be on top of it and wasn't confident that anyone at the company was doing the same on my behalf. I had low confidence that the item would be here in time, but in the end it was, as they expedited shipment. It would have been nice to have confidence throughout and felt taken care of in the process.

It's been an over month for paid samples?!? We haven't even ordered anything yet and it been (in my opinion) way too long. If you weren't one of the few doing Letterpress business cards, I would probably go elsewhere by now. Ridiculous!!!

The ordering process was super simple and I felt confident in what I was ordering throughout. Appreciate the various options available to me and how clearly each option was described. I really like the rush processing and shipping; while pricey, it was within my expectations, and I was very satisfied with the finished product and how quickly it arrived. We purchased a cardboard cut out. There was a two day turn around as promised on the website which was important because it’s being used for my nephews funeral. They were extremely professional and communicated the entire way. They let me know that the first picture I sent wouldn’t turn out well and suggested that I send multiple photos. Although the process was completed online I never had to deal with any automated calls or systems, it was always with a live representative. I will definitely be using them in the future for other needs.
