I tried to cancel my booking and the ph no they supplied with the confirmation doesn’t work….no way to get in touch with golf18network to speak to anyone so once you book there is no refund. Avoid them if at all possible.

They make it impossible to cancel reservation. You can no longer cancel over phone. You're directed to website where drop down menu for current booking does not allow for cancellation. Called the 800 # and it turns out to be tee off .com and they have no record of booking. Would not use them again!

Not sure about the bad reviews here. Read the T&C’s people!

Great booking experience, would highly recommend for any golf fanatics!

I made a reservation on Friday to play 8:33 Saturday morning.
We had to cancel and I called to service which does not open until 8:00.
I got an answering service and left a message. I called again at 8:00 and the still were not open.
They charged me $7.60 for the reservation and I requested a refund.
He said that was non-refundable and those fees went to the service. That was the last time I will use the service and if the golf course continues to use them I will go somewhere that is customer friendly.

Attempt to make reservation and kept on getting an error message and could not book tee-time. Attempt 4 different tee times and received same error. Their system charged my card for each tee time despite my not being able to reserve a tee time. Still waiting for over $100 to be refunded.

Don't like it that if you have a credit with Golf18 you can't use it to pay for the whole green fee. It only gives you the opportunity to pay for the tax/fees and the rest you have to pay at the golf course. I would rather use my credit for the whole bill not just the tax or fees portion which only comes out to at most $5.

Greatest SPAM ever! I don't play golf, never contacted this company and I get e-mail offers from them several times a day. Somehow marking it SPAM doesn't seem to turn it off. I love Golf18Network!

The more ya play the more you save .... I tell everyone about the savings that you get through reserving t-time with golf 18 but I don't tell anyone about it at my home course I don't want the competition for my times I'm now getting my rezo's with no booking fee due to my playing ten rounds in 2017 . That will last throughout 2018 by this time next year I'll have lifetime fees waived and $ 150.00 credit can't beat that ..I'm glad I joined

Convenient and no outrageous service fees

Easy to use. Saves you bucks. Wish it was easier to book more than 4 players at once, especially for hot deals. Great benefit to have fees waved after booking 10 rounds. This is a real advantage over the competitor that charges you a hundred bucks for the same benefit! Golf 18 reigns!

I can usually find a tee-time at a good course at a reasonable price.

Golf18 is, by far, the best discount site I have used. I previously used a couple of other sites that constantly change their programs but with Golf18 you build equity and don't lose it year over year. I highly recommend Golf18.

Seems to work well in getting a few good prices on OK courses, but wish there were more and better courses with reasonable rates which are hard to come by in south Florida in the winter.

Great deals. Apparently - on rare occasions - tee times are double booked. There needs to be some improvements made on syncing with the golf course tee times. When this happens, it puts a strain on the golf courses involved. Overall a good experience.

Provides good value for golfers with flexible schedules.

This tee off time reservation application is easy to use and clearly points out the best value tee times at any number of courses in my area.

Never had a problem with Golf 18. Easy to use.
