I bought these for a 4 year old. He's only had 2 practices so far, but these are great so far.

Very comfortable, shipping is less than desirable…..

I bought these for my grandson and he loves them!

They use GoFo shipping which will take a google map pic of your house, and call it proof of delivery. They are under investigation for fraud. ShinDefender has no phone and use the same pic for proof of delivery. They eliminate all negative comments on Facebook. Scam

Terrible cheap Chinese rubbish don't bother wasting your money. If u wish to return them it will cost u to send back to China even tho they were sent from the uk originally

Waste of money. Like others have reviewed despite following washing instructions they disintegrate in the wash and fall apart. Completely unusable and whilst customer service were happy to replace the first, the second time they did not want to know despite us having used them for exactly the same amount of time when they replaced them first time around. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered on Feb.28th, still waiting for my order. I noticed that my shipping address (my fault) was not properly done so I reached out to Shindefender to which was handled well after receiving a response. Although it wasn’t communicated that they received my full shipping address. So I was left unaware of what happens next. I then received a notification a day later that the shipment had been delivered to my house. I check around and did not see any sort of package. I reached out yet again and now I’m being told the order hasn’t shipped yet!. Get it together Shindefender! I asked for a refund x2 times after all of this but it seems they are truly ignoring the request. Truly frustrating to deal with and I’m worried I’m out $75 and no package will arrive. Even if it does I’ll be sure to see the quality of these after reading various reviews of them not worth all the hype. I honestly should have just ordered a “knockoff “ as they are all made in China anyways…

I ordered these for my son's birthday and shipping was 3-8 days. They took almost 1 month to arrive. The quality looks the same as the cheap ones I ordered off Amazon so no point paying 3 X as much for these. I'm returning.

Avoid at all costs! Quality is terrible for the price, sizes are widely inaccurate and customer service atrocious. Massively regret wasting nearly £60 on this rubbish

Awful experience. Paid £37 for guards with ankle protection and nothing ever arrived. 5 attempted to contact their customer services through email and every attempt was met with absolute rubbish. Money theif. Am now taking the legal route to get are refund as they stat they have no record of my order, despite sending them several screenshots of it!!

The product is good but the connecting elastic is too weak. I had to buy a new elastic (which wasn't expensive) on day 2. Now it's perfect.

Did not receive my order which was apparently delivered mid December, I am still going back and forth with Amelia in customer services about a refund. I’ve explained repeatedly that I haven’t got the item which I’m offered a refund, I accept then I’m asked to return the items that I did not get! So I’m having to explain myself again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SHAMBLES! 2 months still awaiting my refund

Very bad service.
I placed an order, 1 minite later I realised i had an old adress and replied to the confirmation email with the request of change of adress, the next morning I got an email saying the package has been posted and only 1 shinpad 😂🤢 What a joke.

This company is a scam.

My son wanted a red one. It stains everywhere it touches after being worn in the rain!

Took forever to come. When they did arrive, the shin defenders were so disappointing - the padding is cheap and thin, and the elastic around the top is tight and uncomfortable, to the point that my kids won’t wear them. Both pairs went straight in the bin! Which is extremely annoying given the price!

Fantastic product and excellent customer service. Very impressed!

Ordered for my son last Christmas, he loves them, bit tricky to get on and off but he really likes the design. Just ordered another set for a present and need for this weekend, forgot how long it takes to get them so that’s a bit annoying but happy with them other than they come from china probably by boat 🤷🏼‍♀️

Awful customer service. Took forever to arrive and on arrival sizing was far too big (my son is 7 so I went with small as per advised but they are far too big) I’ve asked repeatedly for an exchange as XS is needed (despite being advertised for 3-6 year olds) they repeatedly sent ‘stallong’ messages and asked for photos, which I eventually sent. Now they’ve sent this confusing message, with a list of shipping prices :

A very expensive and disappointing gift. How is it so difficult to advise me on the exchange process as I’ve asked numerous times?! Seems like a scam.
