The team at GolfBays have been brilliant, especially Harrison. I had multiple phonecalls with them, visited their office several times, had video calls and asked a whole bunch of questions. Harrison gave open and honest advice on the different options for my setup and over the course of several weeks we came up with the best configuration of equipment. My questions continued throughout the installation and answers were always swift and very helpful. Once ordered the products were delivered within 1 or 2 days. The quality of their products is excellent and they continue to follow-up to make sure everything is working the way it should. I can't recommend them highly enough if you are thinking of a home simulator.

Through no fault of theirs, i had to return some items and Jack dealt with them all promptly and professionally.

From start to finish, planning and designing and offering on advice even before the building was built, Rob and his team have worked endlessly to get my simulator up and running. No matter how stupid the question was (or at least how stupid I thought it was), they happily answered everything and gave the best advice.

Then to purchasing the bits and pieces from GolfBays, everything came on time (and sometimes ahead of schedule which is amazing) with excellent instruction videos too.
