Really good service. I have a practice net setup and the mat I had hurt my elbow because I'm actually quite rubbish at golf. I gave them a call and explained the situation, the guy I spoke to recommended me what mat to go with, I ordered online and the delivery was really quick and so far so good. Very happy with the experience, thanks.

I originally had an issue with shipping delays and needed the item urgently for my golf simulator setup. Communication could have been faster at first, but Rob and the team handled the situation professionally and honestly.
They refunded my order immediately, and because the warehouse had already processed the shipment, they still sent the product out free of charge. That level of customer service really surprised me.
I’m a serious golfer and simulator user, and I truly appreciate companies that take responsibility and look after customers. I’ll definitely buy from GolfBays again in the future. 👍💪

They sold me all the equipment and didn’t respond to a request as to dimensions of my golf frame - it’s their equipment and did not respond.

Superb sim enclosure, easy to set up… did it on my own in about 45 mins. Wrong size screen was sent originally, but called customer services and they sent the correct size next day delivery. Hitting mat is excellent quality. I went for the square launch monitor and works really well with the limited space I have. All in all would highly recommend golf bays

I recently purchased a Bushnell Circle B launch monitor and found a fault with the monitor. Within 1 day Golf Bays corrected the fault and re issued a new model

Where do I start…
I am a PGA Professional and I was asked by one of my clients if I could build him a sim room in of of the spare spaces he had in his house. I have always build my own sim rooms in my clubs but never to a customer spec.
