I recently purchased a golf simulator package utilizing the R50 Garmin Monitor. It is a 10x10 enclosure.

I am extremely happy with how easy it was to set up the enclosure. I did have questions on two occasions and Oliver at Golf Bays was very helpful.

I also had questions regarding the projector and again they were extremely helpful and responded quickly. I would recommend Golf Bays as they know what they are doing and go above and beyond to help.

Quick delivery, simple instructions on build, generally a great product, although I have noticed a slight difference in quality in the second unit I bought. The finished edges of one of the dividing sections are slightly scuffed, and the screws have went through the holes that connect that back panels to the unit. Not a disaster as they're not visible, but I know its not quite right which is a shame.

Knowledgable, helpful, friendly, reasonably priced. Perfect company to do business with, and the after sales support is exceptional.

Purchased a square golf for my first launch monitor but had some issues with loads of miss reads so contacted rob who swiftly gave me a full refund and now have the uneekor mini lite what a unit it is can’t thank rob enough for his help getting me the refund and new unit out within 48hrs

GolfBays products are of a high quality. But what sets them apart is their customer support. Designing and fitting a golf sim well is really complicated, particularly in a confined space. GolfBays help with that process and are there when you hit inevitable bumps with equipment choice, sizing or returns. Always taking the time needed to refine the solution, looking at the pros and cons of what may come next. I have really enjoyed working with Harrison, Jack and team. As my bay evolves over the years they will be my go to supplier.

They answered a bunch of random questions to help me build my own DIY eventho some of the questions were about building items they sold and without skipping a best they still helped without being pushy or anything about their own items. We purchased launch monitor, laser jet projector, impact screen, surround pelmet kit and accessories for our golf room. All products are the latest and top quality. Next day delivery was offered on our multiple orders which was superb. We had an issue with custom pelmet surround but was rectified by Rob personally in a speedy manner. We hugely recommend Golfbays thanks to Rob and the team!

Delivery from UK to Australia was prompt and the Protee VX Range Monitor protective shield fitted together as it should. Only minor issue was no install instructions included although these were easily downloaded from their web site.
