Golf Swing Systems Avis 

In February this year being a keen golfer & unable to play owing to lockdown, I bought a practice net from Golf Swing Systems. They delivered on time and the net and frame were easy to put together. In June I noticed a small hole in the net and sent an e mail with a photo of the damage. Within three days I got a reply saying a new net would be with me in a few days. It arrived today. I really have never experienced such excellent customer service before. It is exemplary and I am so glad that I bought the product from such a reputable company. Would certainly highly recommend this company to any golfer.

Amazing service, had an item delivered damaged which is very easily done with the couriers. The team sorted it straight away and have been really good to deal with. I will certainly be using them again

Very professional company with great service. Communication before buying a skytak launch monitor, the homecourse retractable screen and fiberbuilt hitting mat was quick and very knowledgeable.

Great products and services offered by GSS. Spoke with Steve about my setup and we went through options. He offered suggestions and advice that I found very useful and hadn’t even considered. I ordered the popular Skytrak system and Steve managed to source me one and send it out for delivery the very next day. The unit is faultless, even in the sun, and I just wish the same could be said for my swing. Steve is more than happy to receive any after sales queries too. Highly recommended.

I ordered the Tunnel Golf Supernet as we entered lockdown, I knew they had none in stock, but from the outset, my contact was a lady called Tracey who was brilliant, very honest and always kept me updated. The communication was spot on and the net arrived when promised.
There was a problem with the netting that was sent out, so I contacted Tracey again and she was unbelievably efficient and helpful. The response came literally within minutes and knowing it was now being dealt with was very reassuring. Within a week we had a replacement net and all thanks to Tracey's excellent customer service and efficiency.
I would not hesitate to use Golf Swing Systems again and could not recommend them highly enough.

Got a second net for my golf- mad son Max. First one had survived 3 years and lots of use. Second one quickly developed tears along a seam. Clearly a manufacturing fault. Swing Systems replaced it immediately - efficient, friendly, no fuss. Will always come back here for nets etc

Bought an ES12 launch monitor. When it arrived the kickstand was missing (probably through no fault of Golf Swing Systems). I rang up and they could not have been more helpful. The defective unit was collected from my home and a replacement delivered at the same time. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service from Haydn. We purchased a simulator set up and they gave great advice on what we needed, what we didn’t need, and opinions on different options which was a great help as we were a bit unsure what we needed.
