I recently bought an Orange Peel swing platform trainer from Golf Swing Systems and felt compelled to write a review. And I don't write reviews! They were fantastic and Tracey who is the warehouse manager emailed me constantly until I received the product to make sure everything was ok. Truly a lovely company to deal with, who genuinely care about giving great service. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

called to discuss a product and the person i spoke to was so helpful and informative. had all the time for me and gave me such decent advice. i ordered a bundle deal that evening. i then found out that my wife had already ordred me one of the items for my bithday. called them to explain and return the wifes one. not an issue at all. so helpful, communication was excellent, was sent back and refund returned all within 48 hours. new bundle was delivered witin 48 hrs of ordering, emails were sent to me updating me upon dispatch and deliverty times, confirmations. honestly, so fefreshing to deal with people who just get it done.

This company are worth their weight in gold for product but more importantly customer service. I had a slight problem with a faulty golf net. Tracey Thirlestane sorted it out with great efficiency and arranged swap over of old net for a new one. Her communications and speed of response and resolution was lighting fast. I always say the true net worth of a company is its employees and how fast they respond to problems. This is a company of great integrity and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Alastair

The customer service provided by this company is fantastic. I dealt with Tracey with regards to a damaged item that needed replacing. Tracey could not have been more helpful. The item was swapped very efficiently with Tracey providing great communication. Other companies would do well to learn customer service from this company.

What a fantastic experience. Ordered a golf net and launch monitor at 21:00. Received an email the following morning to arrange delivery. Launch monitor was pre order and is not due till March. I was asked if I wanted separate delivery for the items and I said yes so I could set up the net so it was ready. Was informed the poles for the nets would come separately in 3-5 days and the nets would be next day. Both arrived the following morning so well done Golf Swing Systems. Would 100% use this company again. Great product and exceptional customer service.

The product I ordered was faulty and the manufacturing company were unresponsive. Golf Swing Systems however were outstanding in their response, sending a replacement and collecting the faulty product by return. They tracked and managed the whole process really well. It's accepted that problems happen but it's how they're dealt with that makes the difference. Top marks to Golf Swing Systems for their range of products and especially their customer service.

A great assortment of products, good knowledge and THE place to go in the UK for a home sim setup.
I did have a problem with one order and the product not being as described - it happens. How problems are dealt with is more important, and Tracey/GSS were absolutely outstanding in getting things resolved. Exemplary Customer Service at its peak.

I recently purchased a humble Golf Training Aid, the set of which was incomplete and sadly now discontinued. Nonetheless Tracey went beyond the call of duty to track down a replacement and forward with 'high importance'. It was a really pleasant surprise to receive such impeccable customer service. Purchased a Garmin R10. I had a few questions about the delivery of the item over the festive period and had all queries answered promptly (Tracey was an excellent point of contact). I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Golf Swing Systems again!

I reported a minor,non urgent problem with a broken tee… GSS treated it as if their lives depended on it and I had a parcel with two replacements within 24 hours.
Service is clearly deep in their DNA…… refreshingly so these days.

I've purchased low and high priced products from them and always found them to provide excellent service. Can't fault them.

I bought a Trugolf mini simulator which came with E6 connect and a variety of courses included. It worked great for a few weeks but then the unit stopped charging. I emailed them and they got back to me same day. By the next day, a new unit had arrived and they arranged to have the old one collected at the same time. This speaks highly to their customer service standards because what a company does when something goes wrong shows them in their true light. In all my dealings with them, they have been friendly, helpful and professional. I 100% recommend them.

Superior Support. I ordered The Stack System on 29th December. Dealt with quickly. Unfortunately Courier failed to deliver and item considered lost. Tracey of Golf Swings acted swiftly and sent a replacement via another courier. Goods received following day. Excellent customer service.

We purchased a Domestic Pro Practice Bay from GSS. After a not so great experience with a different company, I just wanted to buy from a company that I could trust. Luckily I found Golf Swing Systems! The staff were so friendly and helpful and, when I explained that the item was for my son’s birthday, they made a note on the order to make sure that it arrived on time, which it did! The website suggests around 4 hours to assemble and we found this to be a good guide. It is definitely easier for two people to build the frame but lots of aspects of the assembly can be done by one person. It’s now up and ready to be used and we have one very happy son! We will definitely use GSS again. Thank you!
