Golf Swing Systems offers decent support, and Tracey stands out for her helpfulness. While their delivery and returns process are impressive, product durability and consistency may vary. Communication is good, but improvements in reliability could make the experience better. Still, a professional company overall that seems committed to customer satisfaction. Worth considering.

Tracey, the Warehouse Manager is excellent, she sorted out my product queries immediately and very professionally. Unfortunately the product wasn’t quite right for me, but Tracey sorted it all out so efficiently. I would not hesitate to use Golf Swing Systems again and would recommend them 100%.

I recently bought a launch monitor for my sim from the guys at GSS. I had an issue with the unit (manufacturer issue). I dealt with Alex and Tracey, absolutely top class customer service. I had a replacement unit to my door within a day.

You can really tell how good a company is when the customer has an issue, most companies are great until they get your cash and then are very slow to respond etc. when you raise a complaint.

I felt Alex was genuinely going out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and didn’t try fob me off when I raised concerns. Tracey was really efficient and had my old unit picked up and new unit delivered within a day.

I’m delighted with my purchase now and look forward to dealing with GSS again as I continue to build out my sim room!

Due to personal circumstances I had to cancel our order after dispatch of my equipment had already taken place. Alex and the team from Golf Swing Systems have been brilliant. They have given us genuine advice and held our hand throughout the whole process. Having tried out all the different systems we eventually decided we had no alternative than to go for the Trackman IO system. The accuracy of the information and the sense of realism is like nothing else I have ever experienced in an indoor simulator. I have a fair amount of experience as I have been a professional for over fifty years. We use the studio to film for YouTube and the reaction from our audience has been outstanding with the first few videos getting more than four times the number of views of our typical output. I think this is because the viewer can see what is really happening not just relying on what they are being told. Beside this our team at Easiest Swing are struggling to get any work done as we find ourselves spending hours in the simulator just having a brilliant time!! Having never been a fan of indoor simulators in the past, you can take this as a very genuine review and so if you are considering purchasing a system talk to Alex he will take you through all the options and allow you to find the system that fits your needs and budget best.

I bought the Speed Radar and stacker system from Golf Swing Systems. Great product. Quick and efficient delivery. I then smashed the radar when I was practicing (doh!). I contacted them and Tracey and the team responded really quickly with a replacement product at a very sensible price, delivered very quickly with personalised updates. Great service. Up there with Apple!

I enquired about a golf mat and how to best build a frame for it. Ollie was really helpful and gave me excellent advice. He also went thru the pros and cons of the various options they had.

I then went to their site to order and ended up buying extra products. Tracey then kept me updated with delivery the next day. All in all a great team.

I ordered a Garmin R10 on Wednesday evening [2/10/24] and within 36 hours it has been delivered to me at my home address in Scotland. Incredible speed of delivery and which was accompanied by an email update from GSS in advance of it being delivered!!! I also didn't apply for the introductory 5% discount at time of ordering, but GSS, without any obligation whatsoever on their part, have proceeded to retrospectively provide me with a refund. Amazing customer service and in particular a big thanks to Tracey for her support.

After directly selling me a new golf net their support has been second to none.
Once it was damaged by the wind and they quickly worked with the manufacturer to source new parts and have them posted next day at a reasonable cost.
More recently a replaced net failed after just a few months and once I sent evidence of this and contacted them, they liaised with the manufacturer and got another one delivered to me next day free of charge! Their support is always attentive and willing to help. Especially Tracey! 👍

Tracey at Golf Swing Systems was Suberb with her customer service. A lot of companies could benefit from her. I had to return an item as it was unsuitable and she immediately sent me a returns note and on receiving the goods she immediately credited me and sent me confirmation. If a small firm can do this it beggars belief thst larger firms take 10 days or more for the same procedure. I will definitely use golf swing systems again. Thank you Tracey

I cannot recommend Golf Swing Systems enough from my initial contact with their Sales manager Haydn the whole experience has been first class. I ended up purchasing my whole golf simulator system with them and I couldn't be happier. Their customer service is exceptional, Jack in IT is superb he really knows his stuff and Haydn has been so accommodating even hand delivering parts outside his working hours, I couldn't recommend this company highly enough.

Products seemed to be genuine quality but shipping to my location was far too expensive. I emailed the company expecting no response and they priced up shipping specifically for me and reduced the costs by a third. The tee Turf hitting mat is genuine quality and as described. Perfect for a simulator set up. Customer service excellent.

I purchased a ball launch monitor from Golf Swing Systems. The product arrived the following day.

Prior to my purchase, I used their web chat to inquire about the product content. Alex O'Brien, their marketing manager, confirmed the launch monitor was sold with certain items. On arrival the additional contents were missing.

Without hesitation, Alex authorised that Tracey Thistleton, their Warehouse Manager, to order and forward the additonal content. Tracey provided via phone and email advice the forwarding delivery particulars for the additional items which arrived the following day.
