Very happy with the customer service I received from Chris- I had a problem with a screen I purchased and it was replaced without hesitation- fantastic customer service experience. Highly recommend.

Chris was great, he spent time before I purchased talking over all the options and products. Also advising what he thought was coming down the line. He encouraged me to look at the options and provided some local contacts to see the Skytrak and test the limitations. Never any pressure to purchase, the focus was on getting the right product. The purchase process was quick and simple.

I bought a ES14 Launch Monitor from golf swing systems, when I got it, it did have a problem as it wasn't picking up shots. I phoned their office and I was asked to try a few things to see if I could get it working, it didn't work so they shipped me a replacement and I sent the other one back. Now the replacement works perfectly. Chris and Tracey who I spoke to were very polite and gave a 5 star service on getting a replacement out to me. I will use golf swing systems again!

I can only give praise to Golf swing systems. I was not ready to buy when I first went for a demonstration and nobody pushed me or tried to make me buy now. Steve and Chris went through demos with my son how to use Sky Track. My son Nikolai was not rushed and enjoyed a fantastic experience hitting into their simulator.

We left wanting one of these amazing simulators they build. I talked to Steve next day thanking them for their demonstration and said we wanted one. First step was to convert our garage to raise the roof.

It was several weeks later we got our funds together and again no pressure from Golf Swing Systems. Their fitting team came and did a wonderful job converting the garage raising the roof, so we created a hitting screen area suitable and enough height for the system to work well.

We got the same hitting matt we had in the demo which had a good feel and absorbed some shock reducing the chances of a repetitive stress injury. It’s a super matt. The screen was designed specifically for our garage opening and now doubles up as an entertainment cinema which my son loves to take his friends. This screen is the archery net screen but its amazing quality and gives a vibrant and bright image.

We’ve done all this on a budget using the set up directly of my son’s iPad Pro and will later upgrade and use Golf Swing Systems as we grow the simulator and add a full PC. Golf Swing Systems made it affordable and we were able to get our home simulator done in stages as money became available to us. Great team and helpful at every moment I phoned for advice. I can confidently give maximum star rating. Well done to Golf Swing Systems.

I wanted to order a golf training ball for my husbands birthday but was shocked at the delivery charge to the Scottish Highlands. I sent an email querying it and received an immediate response from Steve who agreed a more reasonable delivery charge. I paid for the item and received it the next morning. I am well impressed with the efficient service and would happily recommend them. It’s not often you get such a personal customer experience with online shopping.

With Lockdown the obvious time to invest in home golf training equipment I came across Golf Swing Systems via Google. Albeit a bit of a piecemeal approach, over the space of a few weeks I have acquired a Zepp swing analyser, tee turf strike mat, the 2.5x2.5x1.4m home practice net, and the icing on the cake, a Sky Trak launch monitor.

I came across golf swing systems in a mad panic as we moved closer to 'lock down'. After discussing with Chis & Steve what I needed I ordered the SkyTrak, the swing return net and golf matt with extra fake turf for my net. Firstly I wound like to say the service provided by Chris & Steve was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and everything arrived on the day they said it would. Skytrak its self is an awesome piece of kit. I spend quite a bit of time on Trackman and while Skytrak does not give you all the data of Trackman, it does give you all the data you really need and is just as accurate in my opinion. I would highly recommend Skytrak and the return net (easy to put together), but most importantly I would highly recommend Chris & Steve to do business with. They are honest & know their stuff.

I called Golf Swing Systems in the middle of the lockdown to discuss options that would suit my outdoor hitting area. Chris couldn't have been more helpful and after discussing multiple ideas I ended up purchasing the Tee Turf. It was shipped next day and is absolutely fantastic.

This company is first class I made a late enquiry into going on a waiting list for a skytrak and shortly I got a reply from Steve Joy stating they had skytrak in stock... the email had all contact numbers and the following morning at 9am I spoke to Steve Joy and after several questions asking about the product I made a purchase... the following day my new skytrak was delivered... This service was second to none and Steve even answered a couple of texts at 9pm in the evening... Thank you once again I am a very happy man...

The professional mat I would highly recommend as you can put any size tee into it and feel the club strike through as though you were on the fairway.

I bought an "orange whip trainer" and there was a problem with the shipment and it did not arrive. I contacted with Golf Swing and in two days I had a new shipment at home. Very good response and treatment received.

Had a problem with delivery of part of my order and only experienced really helpful customer service to resolve the issue. I will use golf swing systems again.

I bought the 3m x 3m x 3m enclosure together with the mat. Excellent quality and really good support from their office staff. Only took myself and my daughter three hours to put up from start to finish. Look at the pictures first and ask for the step-by-step instructions, then just get on with it. Very happy to recommend!
