on the 14th of November I received a call from Gomibo call centre where I was offered a €20.00 to remove or revise my review.

Dear Gomibo, to be honest with you I would have preferred that someone of your team had replied to my request for help to your customers centre.

The request was sent sat 29th October from my internal account, where I was asking for help and in your reply you stated that I should have been contacted in the next 48 hours. Obviously no one contacted, I was reached out only after that you read my post!

Now it's clear for me the reason behind your high rate of reviews. But I don't think it's polite to offer vouchers for revise reviews.

Keep your €20 and thanks that I didn't sent back the watch. I won't never buy from you!

I am very upset because I bought a smart watch and should be delivered in two days.

Unfortunately, the watch was sent from Europe to UK and I have to wait 3 more days before the delivery due to customs formalities.

However, the problem is not only to wait, it is also because I was contacted by UPS to confirm an email with different requirements e.g.

- Customs procedure or reason for import (e.g. standard import, home use, return, sample, etc.)
- Commodity code or plain language goods description
- Your EORI number
- Approval to use your Deferment Account Number (DAN), where appropriate
- Any other information we must take into account when completing this Customs declaration on your behalf

So they processed it on my behalf.

I think you (Gomibo) should clearly state on your site that you are shipping from Europe, which could be a nightmare with all the bureaucracy involved if one lives in UK.

I still have to receive my watch, but I am already unsatisfied!

Ordered my Smart watch on Wednesday evening price was cheaper than Amazon (by £30), the watch arrived Friday morning. It is perfect, does exactly what it says on the tin. Very happy

Everything went as planned, phone was a good price, I ordered it and it arrived quickly. The only catch is it came with an EU plug, but that's a minor bump in the road.

Mobile phone purchased over the internet. The cost was extremely competitive, ordering was very straight forward, and delivery was in 2 days even though the item came from the Netherlands, Excellent!

I ordered my new Motorola G62 at a price much cheaper than in the UK. There was a European plug on it which I was aware of but not a problem for me. Great service and fast delivery.

OK, they do say next day, but that is impossible for international deliveries. They did deliver under 48 hours from placing the order. So, I rate that as a very quick delivery.
Initially I was nervous as what I ordered was difficult to find, but they delivered exactly what I ordered.
So, all in all, quick delivery and no hassle.

I found the Gomibo website easy to use and delivery was quick, although it took a bit of working out to confirm that the delivery had been delayed. Had I been informed by email I would have given 5 *s.

Phone was delivered as ordered the next day to the order as advertised on the web site. This was from the Netherlands to the UK.

My experience with Gomibo was very satisfactory, ordered on Monday here by Wednesday and very pleased with the delivery.
Highly recommended.
