I made an online fee and at the time of payment the total amount changed completely. I had not signed the authorization and/or acceptance papers of the policy and they accepted the payment. When I tried to open the page with the policy, it did not allow me, and told me that there were problems with the page. I called the insurance, and she told me that she could not have that insurance that she had to take another type of Policy and she raised triple the initial payment. I asked him to please cancel my policy and he sent me to five different agents to be able to cancel my policy that I had purchased online five minutes ago. I don't understand how they process the payment without me having signed the policy acceptance documents. And they will also refund my money in 15 working days. And they charged an additional $10 per debit card

The customer service is TERRIBLE they rudely hang up in my face . The online options to add a car or person to your policy is non existing . I’ve been with good2go for years and they have definitely changed for the worse . Will be switching my insurance

This is by far the most unprofessional, useless insurance company I have ever dealt with. They NEVER answer the phone—good luck trying to get a live person. My car was hit by one of their insured drivers, and they’re responsible for paying $9,000 worth of damages. My car has been sitting in the body shop for over 3 months because this company refuses to send the check. Every time I call, they feed me the same nonsense: “It’s under review.”
I have sent them more than enough proof of the accident and damages, but they continue to stall and avoid paying what they owe. This company is a complete scam, and they clearly don’t care about their customers or the people affected by their negligence.
If you want to waste months of your life chasing them down and begging them to do the job you’re paying them for, then by all means, sign up. Otherwise—run far, far away from this insurance company!

I had a very great experience with Good2go insurance company they are the cheapest insurance company I ever dealt with. It takes less then 20 minutes to sign up for a policy.
