GOODDAY.WORK IS MORE THAN THEIR BRAND, THEY ACTAULLY HAVE A SEAMLESSLY WORKFLOW CRM, ONE OF THE BEST OUT THERE, I THINK PEOPLE SHOULD COME CHECK IT OUT, BECAUSE ITS A BUNDLE OF WHATEVER YOU EVER DREAM OF, WELL ORGANIZED, HIGHLY CUSTOMIZABLE, USER FRIENDLY, WELL STRUCTRED, IF YOU ARE A KIND THAT DOES LOVE WRITING BUT ARE WEAK TO TYPE THEN HERE GIVES YOU AL THE CONDIMENTS YOU COULD EVER DREAM OF..THEIR CUSTOMIZATION, EXPORT OF PDF, TABLES, ROADMAPS, ARCHITECTURAL DASBOARD, INFACT I DEVELOPED LOVE WITH WRITING THE SECOND DAY I USED GOODDAY.WORK, ORGANIZATIONAL AND ENTERPRISE STANDARD YET EASY TO WALKARROUND.....................................................,YOU LITERALY CAN SAVE YOUR FAMILY DOCUMENTS ,PROPERTIES, FAMILY ALBUM, STORIES AND VIDEOS ..THEY ARE MORE THAN JUST GOODDAY..THEY ARE GOODAT EVERYTHING

I sent them three emails and received no response. After deleting my account, there was no option to turn off the subscription, and they kept charging me for over a year for 4 users. I tried to recreate the deleted account using the same email just to cancel the subscription, but there was no option to do that either, I will take legal action agains them

Used it mainly for time tracking and then stopped. Although it looks like a good, feature full app, I needed something simpler. Cancelled the subscrition but was charged for another 5 months until I contacted support.

Forwarded the ticket to "finance" but no refund for 6 weeks.

Our company canceled subscription, only way to do it is probably to delete an account. I’m not sure, tried to contact the team but no response.
Even after deleting account we were charged again. Keep trying to contact them again, and again, no luck. To be honest, somebody replied to forward it to the “finance team” - a month ago and guess what?! No response - emailing 2-3x a week…

Was good at first, till I gave them my credit card for a subscription. They started overbilling me by $3 every month (Bill is only supposed to be $7), but that's not the issue. The issue is that they billed me on my regular subscription date, then two weeks later billed me again but this time $21.08. I emailed them and told them they charged my credit card without my authorization, never heard a peep. Messaged them 10 days later and told them to cancel my account because I did not like the lack of communication, especially about the use of my CC and unauthorized charges. Again, not a peep. next month they charge me even more, $27.98. I messaged them and I told them to cancel my account, and give me a refund for all the unauthorized credit card charges or that that I would be creating a dispute through my CC company.

Well, this month came, and still not a word so I went with my gut, and deleted my account because I suspected they were going to charge me, and low and behold, they charged me again for $27.40 even though I deleted my account. I messaged them 4 different times giving them a chance to mend the situation, with no response. I have contacted my Credit Card company and I am now disputing.

There is also another review online from someone who had the same experience with Goodday.work making unauthorized charges and basically ignore you when you want to cancel or request a refund for the unauthorized charges.

I will add, that the only time I received a reply back from them was when I wanted to upgrade my plan.. That was it.

Stay away from this company, Do Not give them your Credit card info or money. They overcharge you and will make unauthorized charges.

I absolutely love working with goodday. The interface is clean and fast and has a ton of functionality which aligns perfectly with my workflow.

One major bad thing is the support though! I am beeing billed a monthly fee for 6 months now, although I have paid and switched to a yearly plan and goodday doesn't seem to solve the issue, although I have constantly written to the support team. Overbilling customers is obviously not acceptable but can happen, but not in this timeframe! Hope one of gooddays team members sees this review and can speed up the process, so I can get my refund!
