Missing e-voucher

I bought a £100 e-voucher as a Christmas present, and it was never sent.
Customer services repeatedly told me it was attached to the email confirmation - and I repeatedly told them it wasn't. When they resent confirmation, the e-voucher was still not attached.
It was the frantic last few days before Christmas, so I suppose everyone was a little frazzled. But I've previously spent a lot of money with Goodhood, and I really like the vibe, but this time I felt patronised and dismissed as a nuisance. It cost me £100 too, for absolutely nothing. All very upsetting at the time.

Dear Jane, Thanks for flagging your issue, it appears that we have dropped the ball here and your enquiry. My records show that you had a £50 digital voucher where a full refund was issued to you after Christmas. I also have a purchase here for a physical gift voucher that was sent tracked to your address. I have reached out to DHL, however I have reached out directly to resolve this with you.

Excellent experience from this web site.
Unfortunately I had to return the shoes which were too small.
Will buy again and see u soon.

Placed an online order

Placed an online order. Never received it. No communication from the store, no reply’s to my emails. Ended up having to get a refund through PayPal. Which was several months after the original order was placed.

Great homewear selection, always my go-to for buying pressies, the website is super easy to navigate and can't wait to get my hands on those DIRT Range Mules hubba hubbbba !!!

Appalling Customer Service

Product was good when it eventually arrived. Delivery took several weeks with no communication. I ended up contacting my credit card to report a no show and within 2 days the item arrived!!! The item was a present and was ordered in good time, 4 weeks before the event in fact. There was a total lack of interest , concern and communication by Goodhood and the I spent many hours of MY valuable time trying to chase them. For that reason alone I will never use them again. Good customer service is everything and I’m afraid Goodhood show all the concern of a second class drop shipper, I would even go as far as to say arrogant!!

Thanks for taking the time to leave this, and I’m really sorry for the experience you had. Waiting that long without clear communication, especially for a gift, isn’t acceptable and I completely understand your frustration.

I’ve looked into this and while your order was dispatched within our stated timeframe at the time (holiday peaks unfortunately always add a few days on to dispatch times unfortunately), it’s clear we fell short on keeping you properly updated along the way. That’s on us, and we are sorry for your experience.

Purchased a pair of general purpose…

Purchased a pair of general purpose shoes, very happy with the shoes, and the service was very good. Shipping with DHL was a bonus with flexibility to pick up. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again and will drop by when I’m next in London. Thank you!
