Great customer service
Great customer service. I came in to try on a pair of sunglasses that were on sale, online. They were in the warehouse as the new season had just launched so the manager helped me do it as if it was an online order, should I want to return them straight away / not buy. If he hadn’t taken the time to do this, I found it would be a lot harder to refund.
When I did bring the glasses back for a refund, a member of the sales team recognised me and asked how they were. I said not for me, and was assisted with the refund straight away.
When it hadn’t come through to my account 48hrs later, I messaged via their website to check and it was instantly chased up and they confirmed straight away that it has been issued. It was my bank being slow.
All round a great experience dealing with Goodhood and I find their customer service to be fantastic.
I’ve been shopping at goodhood store for about 15 years and, like any independent business, they sometimes struggle with speed of postage etc.. but on the whole I much rather deal with real people who care about the product they are selling and the face-to-face customer experience; than some robot assisted, depressing aircraft carrier warehouse churning out stock in record time for fear of punishment.
Will keep bringing them my business.
Goodhood has terrible customer service
Goodhood has terrible customer service. Heather cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it with no conversation prior. When I called she said one of her technicians put the wrong mileage on my car. I stated that is something you call and explain to a customer not just do. Then she stated if I drive to work I would have to pay for my oil changes because that’s too many oil changes. I asked to speak with a manger she refused to give me the managers name. Told me nothing going to change even if I speak to them. Said its company policy not to give that information out. Hung up on me. I did not insult, curse or yell at her. I explained my dissatisfaction with the service. Which resulted in more poor service.
HEATHER LIES & BS YOU
Heather has lied to me "SEVERAL" times. I have membership, had oil change appt Friday, Aug 23rd 11am. Come 140pm, I call, ask what's up. Her EXACT WORDS it'd 3pm, than HUNG UP ON ME!!
That NOT good enough NEVER came WHY because I NEVER had 3pm, it was 11am, LIED AGAIN!
IM CURRENTLY IN MEMEBERSHIP NO SERVICES PROVIDE BUT SHE TOOK MY MONEY, LIES, HANGS UP & NEVER RENDERING SERVICES, I PAID for.....I WANT to REPOT & get refund!!!

BAD EXPERIENCE
BAD EXPERIENCE - ordered a T-shirt, it was delayed and received a few emails. After 2-3 weeks nothing communicated. Sent a few emails to their customer service email. No response. I then finally messaged on Instagram (to an inactive inbox) and got a reply saying the t-shirt wasn't available. I guess they only got back to me as I chased a number of times. I did get a refund but a lot of unnecessary admin. Not cool.

Shocking
Not usually one for reviews. Probably one of the worst experiences shopping online ever. Waited over a week for them to tell me my item was no longer available. 2 weeks later and still waiting on my refund. It’s impossible to contact the store about any issues. The only way to contact is via email and takes a while get an answer. I definitely will not use goodhood again
Style over substance
First, the good. I was offered a refund and an honest apology promptly when things went wrong.
Onto the bad. The two items I ordered never arrived and were lost because of a stock error. 2 days after placing my order I got an email saying there'd be a delay, and then...... nothing for 3 weeks. No delivery, no update, silence.
So you try and get hold of Goodhood. Good luck with that. The online help form doesn't actually work. Emailing several times got no reply. You call their number and it isn't monitored (it tells you this in their voice message).
So, you wait. And wait.
Then you get fed up and look up the Goodhood social feeds. Loads of them. Post a bunch of stroppy messages and SHOCK you get an email the next day.
This is my problem, when things went wrong there is no way to contact them reliably. However, their socials are updated several times a day. Cool pics, videos and such but no one is available to do any actual work.
Their priority is not function, it's looks.
Achingly cool, but a terrible retail experience.
Did not receive order. No refund offered.
I ordered a T Shirt nearly a month ago now which I have not received. Emailed to ask if I would receive it and if not, if I would receive a refund and no response.

I had a problem with an order
I had a problem with an order. Possibly due to the store moving locations. The issue was resolved by Ryan, who I believe is the Warehouse Manager. Ryan is a total legend and quickly resolved the issue with my order being located and sent. If ya having probs I recommend sending a direct message on the Goodhood Instagram FAO Ryan 👊😎

They do not reply to emails
I wanted to return my order, unfortunately my emails are being ignored, I have not received a reply back for over a week, I have sent a message twice. Terrible customer service. I would advise against shopping
