I awarded 1 star here, else it won’t allow me to review this company, but it should be 0 stars. I’ve ordered a product over 2 months ago. The product was shipped but never delivered. I contacted the courier, Hermes, which claimed that they couldn’t contact Goosberry to inform they haven’t delivered the product, thus they couldn’t do anything. I contacted the company about 12 times via email and all I’ve received were automatic replies and then a couple of days later, an email stating they’ll look into the matter and nothing else. This was the only customer care email address provided. As per the only phone number provided, they never reply, you have to leave a message and they never call back. I’ve never in my life experienced such as horrendous service and such appalling customer care services, if it could be called like such. Please stay clear of this company, as the promise to save a pound or two is truly not worth it.

WORST COMPANY EVER

This is a really really bad website they take your money don't deliver the goods don't answer emails don't reply to phone calls they should not be allowed to trade they are criminals . With all the bad reviews (which I wish I had looked at) WHY HAS SOMETHINGNOT BEEN DONE ABOUT IT???? Only reason I have given it 1star is because it was only way I could write this review I wouldn't give it anything.

Don’t even deserve 1 star, if your thinking of ordering from here to save a couple of £’s don’t bother, 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting on a shampoo and conditioner! stick to the more well known sites you can get it next day, telephone number goes to voicemail and advises you to make contact by email, absolutely rubbish all round!! Avoid

Please don’t use this company

Wish I had read reviews before I placed order,did eventually receive the products I ordered but only after sending emails and leaving messages no reply from either,when products finally arrived tops not even on and the bottom s of bottles were broken,I hope products are the real thing but I doubt they are .Will never use this company ever again

Honestly the worst site I have every used! Customer service is a joke, they don’t actually have any, have ignored my emails and messages. I didn’t usually bother writing reviews but this company has treated me so badly, they have taken my money and not sent me anything. My bank are investigating the company now.

If you want your money back

Looks I fell victim to the same scam as everyone on here but I just wanted to share how I managed to get my money back. They also have a hairdressers at the same address which I called - 01159988553. They're obviously told to say everyone's in a meeting or something along those lines to get you off the phone. I said I would be calling every hour until my refund was send to me and sure enough I received it back the same day.

Placed an order on 15th February

Placed an order on 15th February - no contact or response for my order. Was finally offered a refund on 29th March (was informed it would take 3-10 working days) still no refund (27th April) and no reply to email or phone calls. How do I get a refund (my credit card stated if I put in a claim it can take 6-8 weeks)!! Help!!!

Do Not Use Gooseberry

I wished I had seen reviews as I would never have used Gooseberry. My experience is very similar to others.
Damaged product.
Endless email correspondence with photos of the damaged product attempting to get a refund.
Sent product back at additional expense.
No refund for the damaged product or postage despite more emails.
This was the first time I have used Gooseberry and it will be the last.
As far as I am concerned they are a rogue company and should not be allowed to trade, as they have stolen from me.

Stay away from this company. I wish i read reviews before purchasing from them. Exactly the same experience as others had. I placed order beginning of March, week later as nothing arrived i have sent email to the customer service. Been said that they experience delays with one of the suppliers and order should be with me in 3-4 days. Obviously nothing arrived. 10 days later i emailed and asked for refund. Nothing came back. I rang them couple of days later and reached answer machine. Ok, left the message asking for a refund. And again silence. Had returned my money through my bank.

Nope nope nope - steer well clear

Beware the great seeming prices - you get what you pay for, or rather, you don’t get what you pay for. Order process is fine and the money disappears out of your account quickly, but then the wait & excuses begin.
Phone line is just an answerphone message pointing you to email, online chat never replies and email responses are few and far between. When they finally do respond it’s “problems with our supplier it’ll be a couple of more days” or when you finally get fed up of being mucked around & say you want a refund, “it’ll take up to 10 working days for the money to return”. I’m at double that now and have had to raise a credit card chargeback.
Do yourself a favour & AVOID

I purchased 2 jars of Baxter of…

I purchased 2 jars of Baxter of California soft water pomade 60ml they were not wrapped up properly and arrived smashed
I ordered them on 26 th of Feb
I sent them back on 14 March
After many emails and photos
I have phoned and left many messages and sent numerous emails but to no avail and never received a refund.

If I could give no stars, I would!!!
Same story as everyone else’s. Ordered over £100 worth of products. Chased up after not receiving any dispatch email and no sign of any products. They replied to emails eventually, one saying sorry for the delay, it was now ready to dispatch, another saying a product was out of stock and would I like to wait for it to come back in or get a refund - no refund issued. Then finally one to say it had all been dispatched with a link and tracking number to the Hermes website. Also a scam!!! 5 weeks later, still no products.
Avoid this thieving company!

The worse company I’ve ever dealt with!!!
I placed my order on the 20th of February 2021 & am still waiting!
I’ve sent numerous emails & left so many messages on their voicemail but I’m still waiting!
I should never have placed an order with a company that doesn’t except PayPal & I never will again, a total rip-off

You are thieves! 
I placed the order  #125668 on December the 17th!!! You provided me the tracking which showed no movement. Then you promised to find out with the shipping company and since then I get NO ANSWER!
I asked my bank to cancel this transaction. They did and I received the refund. But today you charged me again. I request immediate refund.
