The representative I spoke with ( Claudia) was super helpful and understanding. She went above and beyond to explain things and sent links as well. It made the experience a pleasure.

Most horrible company. Charging 3 times in one month without notice. Will be canceling and taking my services elsewhere

The last two representative I spoke to were so kind and empathetic. They knew how I felt and I almost felt tears in her voice.
I am so happy that I have pet plan and the team to support me throughout in thisndifficult time. My cat just came back from the doors of death. She has had 3 blood transfusion and after spending so much money I was very stressed about how am I going to continue supporting her meds. The pet plan team helped me expedite everything and the support was way beyond personal.

I was having some difficulties with my Petplan account and I called on several occasions to rectify the issues. Although the staff were helpful and patient the problem was a difficult one to resolve. However, when I talked to Stacy she went over and above. Not only did she go to her managers to help assist me she had the problem solved within a day and called me back several times to make sure everything was ok.
Also a Manager named Gina was incredible to me too. Thank you

I had a strange and confusing issue with some claims I had sent in. Megan Sparks helped me through the confusion. She was very patient with me making sure I understood what to do to fix my issues. She was awesome.

Megan Sparks gave me one of the best customer service experiences ever ! She was not only patient with me and my rambling but really looked into what I was trying to say. She also was the first to walk me through with great compassion and maintained my dignity in understanding how to best submit claims in the most efficient way that worked for me. She didn't even laugh at me for not understanding what all counts as a "portal". She should be an ambassador and trainer for other customer service agents --- carbon copies of Megan's grace and style !

Anne Wheitsel is very talented and caring. She offers excellent customer service. I give her a 5-star rating. The company has it's issues, but it makes it easier when you have Anne help you.

I have had the most satisfying experience concerning reimbursement, communication, processing of claims etc. with Anne Wheitsel, Member Experience Associate of your team. We have a purebred German Shepherd and within the last few years we have encountered a multitude of medical issues with him. We have purchased Petplan Pet Insurance since he was a puppy and have not needed their assistance until recently. Working with Anne has provided us with the reassurance that we can seek out the medical attention that our dog needs with the comfort that we are receiving some assistance from the insurance that we are paying for. It has been a gratifying experience and we are grateful for Anne's personal attention to our pets claims!

We have had pet insurance with Petplan since our Dacschund Riley was a puppy. Hoped to never need it but unfortunately Riley got IVDD and needed surgery. The peace of mind that knowing we had Petplan was very comforting. We were very worried about our dog and also very worried about what the process would be like submitting a claim with Petplan - the process was very easy even being online and the support we received from Petplan was wonderful - while they requested added documentation at every turn, it was always the relevant information needed to make the claim and Petplan always guided us when we needed to be guided. Thank you for helping us through this difficult time. Our little girl is doing better every day and walking again. Now our biggest fear will be to see where our insurance renewal goes - but ultimately, we are very happy with the insurance experience Petplan provided and would recommend Petplan to anyone looking for a great pet insurance experience.

Have had Petplan for many years and never a reason to use. Suddenly, my almost-10-yr-old pup had cancer and required surgery. A relief to know I didn't have to worry about a huge bill and could make the decision to go ahead and perform the life-saving surgery. I was a wreck when I returned from work to find my dog had urinated blood on the floor and was feeling ill. After calling the emergency vet to get an appointment I called Mia’s pet insurance (Pet Plan) to ask how to submit a claim. Stacey Johnson calmed me and guided me through the process reassuring me of the coverage. That evening when we returned from the vet, my girl feeling better already with the meds I followed Stacey’s directions and within seconds received an email and text message the claim was going through to be assessed and processed.
