Ordered Studwork timber from Wickes
Ordered Studwork timber from Wickes, paid the extra for rapid 3 hour delivery. Hadn’t arrived after 4 hours, chased Wickes and told them workmen on site until 5 pm. They turned up after 5 hours but realised they didn’t have the timber to deliver. They went back to Wickes to pick up the timber to try and deliver again even though I said no one would be on site after 5 pm they tried delivering it at 6pm. I haven’t heard back since. It’s been well over 24 hours and still don’t have my timber. Have called Wickes three times and they just tell me they have emailed Gophr but not had a response from them. Lesson is don’t go with rapid delivery.

We're sorry about this. The delivery missed the window and the follow up wasn't good enough. There was a stock issue at the time which caused the delay - something we're working through with Wickes to avoid going forward.
We should have kept you better informed throughout. We can see the delivery has since been completed.

They have great customer service
They have great customer service, with real people, and they quickly solve any isssue. Really great. The app is also user friendly and allows to add notes for the courier. Would gladly use again and reccommend.

My courier Juan delivered some supplies from Wickes rapid delivery service, which is brilliant. Items came just over 2.5 hours and allowed us to get on with the DIY. Courier was polite, professional and working with care. Definitely will use again, thanks.
