Disappointing customer service
The cake itself was really good and we were very pleased with the taste. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the birthday candles. We ordered candles for a 70th birthday, but only received a single candle showing the number 7, with no 0. As this was for such a special milestone birthday, it was a great disappointment and took away from the celebration. The cake was lovely, but I would have expected much better attention to detail with the order.

Just to clarify, this review has been left for Swiftee, the delivery company. We only collected and delivered the sealed order and were not responsible for preparing or packing the cake and candles.
We hope the delivery itself was smooth and arrived safely. If you were happy with our delivery service, we’d really appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect your experience with Swiftee, and raise the missing candle directly with the bakery who prepared your order.
