I really loved the fact that I was able to complete and send in my test from home. It made things so much easier and gave me answers to my allergies that I'd been suffering from that had only gotten worse over time. Starting on Allergen Drops has already made a difference 2 years in. I've seen a drastic improvement in my symptoms already. There are still some high allergen days where I am a bit stuffy, but it's tolerable. Hopeful for the years ahead!

Quello is an amazing service. I had seen an allergist and the tests and treatment were so expensive. Quello does the test for free at home with a finger prick and just as accurate and almost as fast results. Stephanie helped me understand this a long term play but will be permanent and answered all my questions. My allergies are so bad I don’t mind taking the time to get my allergies fixed without drugs

Allie was so reassuring and courteous during the call. she felt very personable and answered all my questions. she wasn't in a hurry and I felt like her sole focus was on helping me understand the program and my results

It has been a wonderful experience so far! I had delayed allergy testing for years and been miserable living in Texas. the convenient at-home allergy test and online video appointment have made this so easy! I feel hopeful of finally overcoming my allergies again! my drops arrived in the mail today!

I had a really nice and helpful interview with my practitioner. She asked key questions and explained my results clearly. She also let me know what to expect moving forward. A little bit of tech glitch was handled by chat support!

I am just over one year into my Quello treatment journey and so far it's been great. My allergy testing was even more complete than I could have imagined and the virtual appointment with the doctor was great. She took her time with me going over my test results and explaining how Quello works. It was a very thorough appointment and I really appreciated it so much, since I didn't know anything about this kind of treatment plan and protocol or how it works. They are always accessible, too, if I have questions or issues (which I haven't). It's been to easy to take the drops every day, and I haven't had any issues--even a little bit of relief already. I'm sticking with it because it's worth the effort to try--that's how horrible my seasonal allergies have been. Thank you for making this process so easy and professional! I have told lots of people about how great this is!

Dear Stephanie, your amazing! Thank you so much for your help. We have set some accommodations at work to limit my exposure to allergens. Im so glad things turned out well and its getting better for me at work. They have also agreed to provide better fitting n95 masks since the ones they currently provide hurt my face and leave red marks on my cheeks. So all I've got to do is try out a few different kinds of masks to find one that fits. I am so grateful for your help. For so many years work has been stressful with all the allergens there & management didn't understand. But now that you advocated for me they are listening & willing to help. Its such a huge relief!
