I am allergic to nearly everything! lol
But this treatment has been so easy and worked fantastically so far. Almost to the end and I can go outside without taking Benadryl every five seconds to keep from having my eyes pop out of my head!

The process is very simple and this product just simply works. It was effective after the first year and now I’m going into year 3 and while I still have the seasonal sniffles, my allergies have more than cut in half. My allergy poke test showed nearly all 4s and a few 3s which means mine are almost the most extreme that you can have. This product has genuinely helped me sleep better at night, improved my morning brain fog, has helped my breathing, and I’ve only had 2 sinus infections in over 2 years, compared to 3 or 4 every year.I seriously can’t praise it enough. The only thing that would make these drops better is if insurance would cover them.

Quello has done a great job with consistent communication that keeps you informed without feeling overwhelming or spammy. The packaging was well done, and the initial welcome experience felt polished, thoughtful, and professional. Definitely made a strong first impression.

It has been a great experience so far! I had put off allergy testing for years and been miserable living in Texas. The easy at home allergy test and online video appointment has made this so easy! I feel hope of finally overcoming my allergies again! My drops arrived in the mail today!

About a year ago, I decided to do the online allergy test. To my surprise, I was allergic to many things in my geographic area. Oak, pecan, grass, mold, cockroach.
About a year later, I went to an allergist. Did their tests (including blood). I am not allergic to even 1 thing Quello said I was.

I was a little nervous about doing the whole allergy testing thing to begin with, but I had a horrible allergy season and I'm just done. The nurse practitioner was SO helpful and sincere. And explained everything to me and how my body was responding. And explained how the whole process works. How my medication would be mixed specifically to my needs and that it does take time and consistency. But that there is hope for my future. I am so relieved.

I’ve been using Quello oral allergy drops for about a year now, and I’ve seen steady, meaningful progress. I appreciate their approach of building immunity gradually over time. Before starting, I would rate my symptoms at a 1 (very difficult), and now I’m at about a 3, with noticeable improvement. It’s also been very cost-effective, and the ease of getting started—along with convenient delivery by mail—has made the whole process simple and accessible. It’s encouraging to see real change, and I’m hopeful for continued progress.

My initial experience was very good with Quello. Everyone seemed to be knowledgeable and are eager to help get you to being outdoors without having to worry about that unloving pollen. Can't wait to get my prescription so I can start my journey!

I would strongly advise against using Quello Allergy Drops.
This company operates more like a billing system than a healthcare provider. Customer service is responsive when you’re signing up, but once you’re a paying customer, getting real support is nearly impossible.
I received a shipment while out of the country in the middle of winter with no reliable notification. Their emails routinely go to spam due to constantly changing sender addresses, despite attempts to fix it. The bottle sat outside for nearly a month and was unusable. A refund was refused.
From there, it became a pattern—lack of transparency, lack of accountability, and continued billing. I requested a pause and cancellation, yet charges continued. Their cancellation process is misleading; it appears complete, but is not finalized unless you complete an exit survey (which is not clearly communicated). The only consistent “notification” I received was charges hitting my bank account.
When I reached out again for a refund and confirmation of cancellation, the response was not a resolution—just an offer for a free doctor visit.
Most concerning: the treatment itself did not help. My symptoms worsened, with thicker post-nasal drip and no improvement.
At no point did this feel like patient-centered care. It felt like being managed as a recurring revenue stream.
Save yourself the frustration—work with a licensed physician through your insurance instead of dealing with a company that prioritizes billing over patients.
