Grossly overpriced. Unorganized. Lack of follow up / communication. They charge $600 pounds / day and book you $200 pound / day hotels. Add a rental vehicle at $200 and a few excursion. Do the math. Then booking dates / itinerary are incorrect. Try contacting them after the sale...nothing...very disappointed.

Wonderful process! Garreth is very knowledgable and helpful. He has taken on a daunting task of visiting a foreign country into an easy and enjoyable experience. It's been great working with Sean at Goscottish so far. We love the visual PDF that accompanies the itinerary suggestions. It's a huge help when deciding what to see and what to skip. I don't know of another tour company that offers that. I highly recommend!

Staff gave us US / Canada 1-800 contact numbers for emergency use that do not work in Europe from a US cell phone. Schedule plane arrival in Glasgow was provided in a timely manner to GOSCOTTISHTOURS, but the landing time was after the rental car agency closed for the day. The rental car agency did not have our contact information because it was not provided by GOSCOTTISHTOURS. We finally made contact with GOSCOTTISHTOURS from the airport, but could only leave a message. Turns out our tour guide Tommy Gunn no longer worked for the company.
I could go on and on. I am still waiting for a response regarding billing for the first night since we had to stay in Glasgow on our own dime until the rental car agency opened the next day. Dealing with a gentleman named Roman has been difficult at best. No response is common.

We are planning a trip to Scotland and Ireland next year and Sharon has been assisting us. She is very responsive and has provided lots of things to do and unique aspects on the country. Highly recommend using Sharon and Go Scottish Tours for your next trip. They go the extra mile and listen to your interests to get you the best trip possible.

I have not yet left for my tour, but I have found that communication is horrendous. I have tried several times to reach Kate about errors and omissions on my itinerary and have not reached her or received a response. When I've called their 800 number, it usually hangs up on me. Their phone voice mail is filled and won't/can't receive messages. When I finally reached a live person, I was told that someone will return my call, but no one ever does. Emails are not acknowledged or responded to. I called DG Ventures, the parent company, and was told Kate would reply, but that never happened. This has been the most frustrating tour experience I have ever had, and I haven't even left yet. Fingers crossed that the trip goes better than the pre-trip experience. I contacted another former goscottishtours.com customer who had the same experience with them.

Just booked our 2027 trip. The booking process was easy, flexible, and Euan was very good at booking even the silly, strange requests we had.

Garreth answered our concerns clearly; he offered options and alternatives to what was first proposed that did not fit our needs.

Sharon was so helpful and polite. I am so excited for the tour she has arranged.

I am working with Mike Connelly for a trip to Scotland in 2027. Mike has been very professional, friendly, easy to work with on my trip. Mike has answered my questions, given suggestions when asked for them. Laid out a wonderful trip and only 1 change to itinerary due to activity level for me. Just booked a trip to Scotland for 2027 July with Kate. She’s been awesome about finding exactly what we wanted and planning it out in a very specific manner. I made several changes as we planned and several calls back and forth and she was always willing to help us!

Working with Goscottishtours, specifically with Roman Shepley, to plan our vacation to Scotland is going very smoothly. So far, he has helped us book accommodations, car rental, and some golf outings. We look forward to working with Roman as we finalize the itinerary for our trip.

This was my first time planning a trip to Europe, and I wanted to look at several different options. booked a 8 day trip with go scottish tours 6 months in advance. gave them a list of all rooms. 4 double and 3 twins. when i got itnerary it said 7 doubles. called mike he said this was a typo on there part. he would fix. 2 weeks before trip my wife broke her leg. called mike to see if we could get handicap room. he said he would take care of this. when we arrived in scotland there was no handicap room and all doubles. call him he said he would take care of this. he never called any of the hotels. i call and they at least got us a handicap room in most of the hotels. this companys service after you pay is the worst. i would never recommend them

Our Travel consultant, Oisin, did a wonderful job in formulating an itinerary for our group of six with the limited information which was provided him. Based upon his recommendations a few changes were made in the planning phase of our adventure, so he was required to refine our itinerary several times. He was most pleasant and gregarious in his discussions with us and considerate of the limitations we placed on him. We very much appreciate how thoughtful he was and would highly recommend him to any of our friends and neighbors traveling to Scotland! He would have our full support in a continuing relationship with Go Scottish Tours!

Mike Connley specialist. I have worked with while my first trip to Scotland. Mike has been very accommodating to the difference between United States and Ireland. He has professional and helpful and guiding us through the very best travel itinerary.

We are in the planning stage. Roman has been great! His itinerary was perfect, everyone is excited. We have a while to go and I will add to this as time goes on.
