Under 3 års tid har Gosia hjälpt mig med min kost. Återkommande varje halvår får jag in insikt i vad jag behöver fokusera på vad gäller min kost. Hon är en viktig del i min "hälsoresa". Jag har gått ner 20 kg under denna period och nu inte varit sjuk eller förkyld på mer än ett år.

Gozia coached my son (goaltender born 2011) and his team for two years and did so with great knowledge! She helped him progress in many areas, on and off-ice. He still practices the yoga she taught him and that has helped him in his game and also helped him stay away from injuries. Great person and 100% dedicated coach.

Gosia pracuje z moim synem już drugi sezon. Jego przemiana następowała stopniowo, ale to co udało się Gosi z Nim zrobić przekroczyło wszelkie oczekiwania.
Z hokeisty który był sfrustrowany, zły, pozbawiony pewności siebie po pracy z Gosią jest teraz nie do zatrzymania. Gosia nauczyła Go zarządzać emocjami, sprawiła że jest silniejszy, pewny siebie i gotowy na realizację swoich celów.
