I placed an order for 2 lbs of sable, to be shipped via Fedex Home delivery. Its estimated transit time was 1 day, but it was delayed during transit and arrived a day late. The dry ice refrigerant had sublimated and the sable packages were warm, so I felt for safety I had to trash them. I tried to check on this with Gostockup service but could not reach them by phone and they did not respond to an email.
Update: The company did respond to my email 2 days later and voluntarily refunded the full purchase price. I have therefore upgraded my initial 1 star rating.

I received Fresh Oils, they smell and taste execellent, far better than my top shelf grocery store oil, and I received a out of stock everywhere else item. So happy to have discovered Gostockup.

Good stuff all around. Two items were well past the expiration date. Could have a bit more ice for cross-country shipping. worth it

So far, I have only managed to order 12 cans of Ukrainian cooked condensed milk Iriska. Everything was delivered quickly, and the product quality is great.

Everything went really well. The products were great, and the prices were reasonable and fair. Before placing my order, I read some other reviews and honestly had some doubts, but I decided to take a chance — and I’m glad I did.

I think some people don’t fully understand that this is not a huge supermarket or a big national chain. It’s a startup with a small team, but you can clearly see that they are working hard, improving, and genuinely trying to deliver a great experience.

I also don’t really understand the complaints about pricing or the website. In my experience, everything was clear, fair, and easy enough to use. The team seems like they really care.

And let’s be honest — everyone knows FedEx isn’t always the most careful delivery service, especially when it comes to food. But even when something goes wrong, gostockup tries to handle it the right way. They refund perishable products if there’s an issue, and honestly, I haven’t seen that level of service very often. That’s impressive.

I highly recommend them. You can tell they are trying hard, listening to customers, and doing their best to make the service better.

You have an excellent range of foodstuffs at excellent prices, your delivery response is immediate, and your shipping costs seem moderately better than your competitors.

Quick delivery the next day. Frozen products packed with plenty of ice packs. Everything came as it was supposed to be. Glass jars came wrapped in bubble wrap! Would order again

Was delivered on time. Nothing was damaged. Can’t complain.

1st order they did not send many items AND did not notify before shipping,- i did not have a chance to replace out of stock items, not to waste my shipping fee.

The delivery was fast!! Everything was packed nicely. Unfortunately the plastic container with pickled fish got broken because of dry ice but since it was wrapped tightly it didn’t affect the rest of the parcel.

I highly recommend this company. We received our order in just a few days and great care was taken to the packaging of the 10 jars of soup we ordered. This will be my go-to for items that they carry.

The order came is fast and in full. There was a glitch on the website due to which the prices appeared to be much lower (I didn’t know about that when placing the order). Nonetheless the company honored the pricing and delivered the goods. Way to go! Will be using them again.

Fast delivery, though expensive. This is understandable, goes FedEx Next Day. One box on the previous purchase was damaged and lost, the company refunded all items there minus shipping. Will do business again.

Surprising fast shipping

I placed an order for a 4kg package of almonds on the first of march. I am accostomed to a retailer charging my card once an order is shipped, but went ahead and let them charge my card including $20 for FedEx 3-4 day delvery. I assumed this meant with a reasonable 2 business days for handling, I would have my order in about a week or so. Today, it is the 6th of march, five full busness days after I ordered, and they just closed for the day without yet providing a tracking number, a notice of shipment, or even an extimated delivery date. If you call their phone number, it will just ring forever before being directed to an always full mailbox where you cannot leave a message. If you try to contact them through their online chat, they will simply not respond for days, and the only e-mail response was a form letter asking for patience as they were trying to fill my order as quickly as possible. I am no expert on almonds, but I am pretty sure at this point I could travel to wherever they are grown, pick them myself, drive back, and still be faster than this company. I am beginning to think that they grow their own almonds and may be waiting for more to grow and ripen so that they can send them to me. I may attempt to plant a few of the almonds I have and see if they will grown into trees, fruit, and ripen before GetStuckUp.com is fnally able to deliver the almonds I ordered.
