Kevin Kanda was an absolute legend from start to finish.
I had a slightly awkward insurance requirement involving expensive business equipment and an upcoming trip to Australia, and Kevin really went out of his way to find something that actually worked for me. He took the time to understand what I needed, checked specific points with the underwriters, answered my questions properly, and made the whole process feel very personal rather than just transactional. I really appreciated how helpful, responsive and straightforward he was throughout. We also had a laugh too.

took payment from me without my permission. I was with these for a year and thats all I intended to be with them. No email received about renewals. I have emailed for a refund of the payment and no response received. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OTHERWISE WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER. This review wont be removed until I receive my refund.
