Good

Overall, the ordering process was smooth. I would give it a 5 star but the tracking should be better. Once I ordered (it had a long delivery time and it was ok for me), it was impossible to know what was happening with your order. It was not tracked or listed in your account.

Quality is great and cart is working as advertised.

Had we known the configuration (location) of the keyboard/mouse tray and Zebra printer trays, we would have asked for them to be placed on the other side before build. We needed to reverse the keyboard tray and printer trays for our needs.

Current plan is to get another for an additional warehouse.

Poor PAC customer service and delivery sub-contractor

I submitted my order for 2 tables in early January 2022 and was told they would ship February 18, 2022. When Feb 18 came and passed, and several Customer Service e-mail inquiries were not getting answered, I finally called about the order, and was told the white laminate was damaged, so they were going to have to wait an additional 4-6 weeks for new ones to arrive. I had to ask myself if there were other faster options, as color wasn't overly critical. We settled on gray and they said it would ship within 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, Daylight Shipping was used, and despite telling them my Customer information, Daylight opted to use someone else's contact information at my University (a place with thousands of people). Daylight openly ignored my contact information, which meant when they reached out to the customer, the incorrect person at the University obviously declined the shipment.

I was now tasked with repetitive calls to Daylight Shipping and PAC to resolve this and try and get this shipment back on track to my attention and confirm they had my e-mail and phone number if issues came up. A very frustrating experience where I spent an excessive amount of time which I don't wish to repeat again. I really hope:

(a) PAC improves their customer service. If a customer's order cannot be fulfilled based on the quoted date, customer service should reach out and notify and offer options. I wonder if I would have my tables at all if I hadn't called myself.

(b) Impress upon their delivery sub-contractors that it is imperative they use the contact information provided on the purchase order. Many work places have hundreds or thousands of people working there. It is foolish to think they can use a past customer's contact information on a new order.

Little to now communication from PAC

Little to now communication from PAC. Purchased 3 sample lab coats. One was returned, but have not received a credit and no one will return my emails. The other two just arrived today after waiting since March 3, 2022. I need many coats with embroidery, but I am fearful to make additional purchases.

Longer than normal lead times

Longer than normal lead times. I could have placed the order with the manufacturer for just a bit more and had it in less time. Shipping was very costly, instead of sending it ground freight, it was shipped railcar adding even more time to the delivery. Extra shipping charges above original quote. Lead time was two months, but on website showed available. Slow and poor customer service response to order inquires and asking for some cost reimbursement due to shipping.

I more often than not have a negative…

I more often than not have a negative experience. Responses from representatives are delayed, we need to pay upfront vs. charging to a credit card, lead times are long, etc. I only order because I can't find similar product elsewhere.
