We Decided to opt for Gough Thorne LLP when we bought our new house having been advised to do so by our agents Penrose. We hadn't had much experience with solicitors and even less in buying and selling a house as we had lived in our previous home for 53 years. We had been warned that it could be a painful, drawn out procedure, but in fact it was quite the opposite. We put the offer in on the 15th of August and completed on the 14th of November 2024.
