I honestly thought that magicians were a myth, or only existed in your dreams, or were purely reserved for fairy tales.

That was until Tania Sultana came along. A magician? A genie? I can't decide LOL!

When Tania took up my case (sale of my flat), my situation was very fragile. We were dealing with an angry buyer, who had literally, only a few days earlier, actually walked out, due to a dispute with my previous conveyancer. Tania came along, and transformed a raging choppy sea into a calm, serene, tranquil ocean. Yep... That's the extent of her magic. Within days, she had smoothed out the edges, and the buyer was assured that all issues would finally be dealt with.

I remember the first time we spoke over the phone, she listened to me, and instantly I knew she was someone I could trust with my eyes closed. She even advised me to take a breather, and go on holiday LOL :)

She was prompt in everything she did (communication with the buyer's solicitors, providing me with updates, etc.), and she gave me her expert advice every step of the way. And even when I did not hear from her for a few days, I knew I had nothing to think about, since Tania was in the drivers seat.

At a personal level too, she is friendly, approachable, patient, and we even had some small talk a few times, so it's like talking to an old friend, when you're with her.

I found the solicitor appointed to the case to be unwilling to help just ambling through despite being asked for help on several occasions. Now moved to a local solicitor’s unfortunately I’m down over £600 because of them. My advice avoid get a local solicitor.

I have recently used NPS law to purchase a rental property. They have been exceptionally good at communicating with me and my husband throughout the whole process. I would definitely use them again.

Aya really grasped the house sale after a bit of a slow start. Clear, easy and speedy communication made the process as stress free as these things can be. We were both in a chain free sale which did make things easier for all parties. I didn't care too much for the Hoowla system as it seemed we had to repeat the same information on several occasions. NPS stuck to their word, and the exchange and completion were made v easy. Thank you.
