If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I fill out forms online for them to mail printed forms back to me to send to the government and pay all fees myself. Utter scam

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. I got to it accidentally. It is third party. Not official passport renewal site. If you do not need help it is an unnecessary expense of $97 to do nothing for you. They have live chats where the people use lots of words and take lots of information but have no answers. Then they suggest you pay more money to go to Just Ask and you are stuck. Do not use them.

What a huge waste of money. All these people did was type out the passport application forms . I still have to make an appointment. I thought they were submitting the forms to the government for me since they had all the paperwork needed.
