Enjoyed the fact being able to complete online. I didn't like having to go through all the upgrades that kept popping up. I used tech support via chat and Govi answered my questions.

Be careful using this site. I thought I was paying for my renewal when I initiated the request. At that time I paid $98. This was not the renewal fee, it was so govplus could make money. Once all my paperwork was received an additional $130 was required. This is the amount it would have been if I had not used govplus. Government at its sneaky finest.

What a scam !!
Do not use this "service " it took months and in the end it would have been much quicker and easier if I went to the local post office.
All they did was give me glossary copies of what I sent them.
Stay Away I wish I did !!!

Absolute waste of time and money
Absolute waste of time and money trying to renew passport! you are much better going to the Post Office getting the forms and going to CVS or AAA for photo! GovPlus software does not work, their constant email wanting more money are very annoying! Just dont go there!!!!

This website is something I paid hundreds of dollars to, I set up a monthly payment for protection, and quick results for mine and my husband’s passports, they said on the website it’s about a 3 day wait. Nope been over 3 months, my husband and I sent in the same information for our travel plans, my husband’s kept getting kicked back! Hundreds of dollars gone! 3 months of waiting wasted. If you google the reviews, it’s mostly negative feedback, makes you wonder where all the positive ones came from. Probably the employees and their families!!
