The Picture process was too difficult to accept the "exact" photo. I tried to take it myself and have some else take it. Its very hard to get what is acceptable. That process needs work. Other than that it was OK.
It was quick and easy, although the picture process was a bit picky, had to retake several times. Now just waiting for it to arrive.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is extremely deceptive in their practices and their fees. The advertisement said I could get my passport renewed for $97. What the advertisement did not say is that it was $97 for their service, plus another $130 for the passport.
Filling out their form online was extremely tedious, and more than once I was tempted to just go to my local post office, but I had already paid. Of course they have you pay up front because they don't want you to know that they're misleading you into spending extra money.
And their bot kept rejecting my picture, telling me that I had an 'extreme expression.' Even after multiple tries, it kept telling me the same thing so I finally just submitted it.
A few days later, I got materials in the mail with instructions telling me that I needed to send another $130. I didn't even know there were going to be physical materials. I used GovPlus because I thought it was cheaper and possibly going to be faster, and that my passport application would be submitted electronically. None of those things are true. It would have been much, much easier, cheaper and faster for me to just go to my local post office.
When I contacted GovPlus, first I got a bot, of course, and then I had an extremely frustrating conversation with 'Sadie' who just kept reiterating their policy. She sent me a screenshot of the pricing page, and in tiny, light gray font, at the bottom of the page, it says, "Government fees paid separately later in the application." Sadie insisted that the company is transparent, but when I asked her why that line was almost hidden, she just redirected the conversation and told me they had lots of positive reviews. I asked her a few times if I was the first person that this had happened to, and she admitted that I was not.
The conversation went on for probably half an hour or longer, and we just kept going in circles so I finally disengaged.
In the end, I ended up paying for an extremely frustrating $97 experience, and I still don't have a passport.
By the way if you look at their five-star reviews, they all look like fake. Most don't have pictures and the ones that do are either blurry or Al.
