GovPlus charges a fee for filling out…
GovPlus charges a fee for filling out forms that you can obtain and fill out yourself for free. The app is so poorly designed that it requires the user to take a photo but. in my experience, isn't capable of actually taking one. The company delayed the overall process in ways that wouldn't have happened if I'd applied directly to the government. The only good thing about this experience was their customer service responses to emails, which are courteous and prompt.

Buyer Beware
Applied for TSA precheck renewal. I
contacted them weekly, and only got AI answer that all was processing as expected. After 3 weeks I contacted a real person representative and was told I had to reapply as a New TSAcheck, not renewal.
I now have to pay directly to TSA, but Govplus will not issue a refund.
Buyer beware!!
