My experience was made great because I am able to navigate the passport gauntlet through one very efficient app. In addition there are other government agencies that can be accessed through this site affording you one stop shopping. The service is designed for practically any budget, if you can't afford the premium services you can still receive the basic services.

My birth certificate (needed for passport) was delayed by 4 months, just received Denial Notice because state fee was $2 short of required amount.
Constructive - Maybe they should hire people who think to check that the fee went up on Jan 1st. I check search engines for new laws every January. Why can't they do that? B. Certs are their business, isn't that correct. The check was cut in February.
Called Gov+, & they gave a lame excuse. They thought we were in Texas. California is far from Texas.
January seemed like plenty of time for a May trip, for a company that advertises that they're faster than state process. FAIL

You need the documents to get the documents!
I wanted to get a social Security card but in order to do that I need to mail them an original copy of my driver's license and birth certificate. If I had extras of those I wouldn't need them to get my social Security card! I only found that out after I paid! Such a scam!

I was at the tax collector's office today registering for TSA. I told her I had pre-paid and she told me GVPLUS or GV+ is a SCAM!!!!!!!! I was charged $97 and $62 by this company. I am requesting a refund to my bank accouont.
