I have been trying for weeks to get a passport renewed. The payments that I make now go to a different account I created 3 years ago but never activated. Their customer service bots are absolutely no help, and I have to explain the situation in full each time. I was promised a callback from a human supervisor and have never received it.

I gave up it’s to compacated I got a extension
I cannot view or get a copy of my state return. I have no proof it was submitted. I spent 45 minutes trying to get it resolved or referred to a supervisor or tech support or an address to write to, to no avail. Usually I owe something to the state, but could not get anyone to assist. The person I spoke with was polite but useless. I hope I don't get fined for lateness. I will never use this again.
I could stop when needed. And I received a reminder text

My husband went online,1st off he didn't realize it was a 3rd party site. Couldn't get the site to work right. After some research realized it was 3rd party. I immediately requested a refund of the $97. Never got any response from company, when we got our credit card bill they had charged us for 3 apps, & TSA recheck. They refunded $97 for the duplicate. I thought that was the original app. When I called them after getting the bill. They said we were out of luck since it wasn't within 7 days. Which was impossible to do since we didn't receive our card statement in that time frame. Also the membership is supposed be cancelable if done before renewal date, according to there own info, but obviously not the case. A total rip off! Do not use!!
The site is easy to use and if you have a problem the support team is always there to help and make it easier to complete
