I did not receive my tax return or any of the paperwork. I can't even track it. I would not recommend this site to lick stamps for birthday invitation. I did not learn by my mistake of having them do my passport which I had applied expedite and that was 9 months ago.

Seems to be much less assistance than it appears
January 29, 2026 I submitted an application to renew my TSA Trusted Traveler account. I paid the $97 application fee. From time to time I checked online as to the status of my application. The automated response I got over the following month and a half was "Estimated time of completion is 3 business days"
By early April, I received no feedback about the application. I inquired as to the status of my application and requested a full refund. An entity named Pauline (I suspect a computer, not a person) contacted me and assured that she was expediting the process.
Today, April 18, 2026, after repeatedly asking for a full refund. Another entity advised me that upon checking as to the status of my application, they determined that my TSA number was no longer eligible for renewal.
Think about that: Why would they need 2 and a half months to determine that it was not eligible for renewal? And why would such a simple piece of info be worth $97 ??
