Driver useless
Good prices, only gave 3 stars because the delivery driver was useless, didn’t know how to properly work the hiab and left the bulk materials in the most awkward place.

Ordered and paid then received a email saying that they would contact either by email or sms to mobile but never got either I had to phone my local branch to see why I hadn’t been told my order was ready for collection ordered on 28th April and didn’t get it until the 8th may

I'm sorry it took so long for you to get your items and we didn't let you know. We've got a technical issue with out automatic notification system which has meant that some of our customers haven't received a message. I appologise for the delay. We're working on getting that fixed as soon as possible. I do hope you were satisfied with your goods once received.

Delivery on time. Good communication with delivery driver and great care taken placing materials on driveway. Quality and price also very good.

Excellent supply of bulk gravel to house
Good range of gravel products. Bulk items were delivered on time and carefully placed by cherry picker operator. Recommended supplier.

Ordered 2 different items and I have received email saying both of the items not in stock. I had a look at the web site after receiving email cancelling my order and item showing in stock, if it is out of stock why not removing from your web site???

Turned out to be a bit of a mare…
Turned out to be a bit of a mare really, originally got the company of fb(and we all know how that can go) but turns out it's a ligit company. But then went a bit sideways....order went missing, redelivered, half the order missing, chasing redelivery then finally a refund.
Gave it 2 stars just for the fact that customer service tried there best to help, otherwise it would have been 1.
Shame as like I said, seems like a real company, spoke to real people on the phone, but based on my first order, I won't be able to use again.

Took 6 working days for a local delivery and no mail to say day or time they would deliver. Luckily I was home but the driver was very polite and helpful.
