I would have liked advanced notice of approximate time of delivery the day before as was still in bed at 8am ! The delivery driver was absolutely excellent. Having waited 2 minutes while I threw on some clothes he suspended the 1 ton bag of chuckies above the area to be covered and slit the underside of the bag then moved the crane backwards thereby spilling them over a long area meaning I only had to spread them rather than empty the bag first. Fantastic service and best price that I could find in the Aberdeen area. Thank you.

Great service no problems however a call to say when delivery was coming would have been better. I wasn’t up and my cars weren’t moved for lorry !

My initial encounter with GPH didn't start off on the best note, but the exceptional customer service I received when I encountered an issue is what compels me to give them a 4-star rating. I placed an order for flooring from GPH, and their pricing was exceedingly competitive compared to the market. Factor in the added benefit of free delivery, and it was a no-brainer decision.

However, the delivery was handled by DX, and that's where things took a turn for the worse. The flooring was mistakenly delivered on the wrong day and arrived in a damaged condition, necessitating a replacement. In my moment of frustration, I reached out to GPH, and to my pleasant surprise, they responded promptly. They displayed a deep understanding of my situation and acted swiftly, arranging for a replacement shipment via a pallet carrier to ensure the new flooring would arrive in pristine condition and in a timely manner.

It's this level of customer service that's becoming increasingly rare in today's world, and for that reason, I wholeheartedly recommend this company to others.

The staff that I dealt with and approached were all down to earth and freindly and helpfull, I will be using gph again in the not to distant future

Efficient no nonsense service at a reasonable price.

Ordered online to save time or so I thought. No e mail saying it was ready so went to GPH and no record of the order as it hadnt been printed off. Met with the usual miserable staff that made me feel that my business was a total inconvenience to them (not the first time). I always try to support local businesses but will try to avoid using GPH again.

Realised at the last minute that I had orrdered the wrong amount of materials. The stuff was already loaded on the lorry but they took the time to change it out before delivering it to my house. The guys were really helpful. Great service thanks.
