This certification course was invaluable to both my job and my career. The size of the cohort allowed for more in depth and individual-specific questions and situations to be discussed. The framework taught in this class can only be explained in one word: life-changing. It is not just the prompting that will add to my Agile toolkit, but it is the thought behind the prompting that will allow me to feel confident in using AI in any situation. I was hoping for more on other AI tools for typical Product Owner responsibilities.

The CSPO training was engaging and well‑structured. The material was explained clearly with real‑world examples related to the Product Owner role. I especially appreciated the collaborative discussions, which reinforced the concepts and made the learning stick. The instructor was engaging. The breakout sessions were helpful. The breakout sessions were the correct mix - I loved that we stayed with one team on day 1, and then changed teams on day 2. I liked the parts when the instructor explained and manually drew out diagrams. I would have been less engaged if she showed that same information as a slide deck. I also liked all of the material that was shared with us after the class.

The trainer Danko is amazed!! With lot of fun, creative and so easy to get in mind all academic knowledge. Highly recommended.

I'll be honest — I walked in skeptical. GrabAgile offers CSM training nearly every weekend, and I couldn't help but wonder: how many people could possibly be in any given session when they run this frequently? Turns out, plenty — and that was my first pleasant surprise. Our cohort had 10-15 active participants, which made for genuinely dynamic discussions and group activities throughout the two days.

The pacing was exactly right — steady without ever feeling rushed or draggy — and what really stood out was that our instructor, Bonsy, didn't just teach Scrum methodology, she modeled it. Burndown charts, kanban methods, structured check-ins — she used the frameworks she was teaching us in real time. That kind of meta-awareness is rare and made the content land differently.

I'll admit I had low-key dreaded 16 hours of instructor-led training over a full weekend. GrabAgile made it work — breakout rooms for group activities, video breaks to reset attention, and a physical workbook to follow along and take notes kept the format from ever feeling like a slog. Bonsy was a skilled facilitator who clearly knows the difference between presenting slides and actually teaching — she checked for understanding consistently and kept the room engaged from start to finish.

The Kahoot! session near the end was a simple touch that worked perfectly — a low-stakes, genuinely fun way to pressure-test your comprehension before the real exam.

I walked into the final exam feeling prepared. I walked out with my CSM — and it's already on my LinkedIn. If I pursue further certifications, GrabAgile is my first call. Highly recommend.
