Brad was a spectacular and interactive instructor! The format of the CSPO class was engaging, and he used great real-world examples that made the information easy to understand and memorable.
I probably couldn't have made a better choice when deciding on a trainer. The class was fast-paced, fun, and provided immediately applicable tools for my new role.

The course with Brad, was an exceptional learning experience. Brad is an great instructor—clear, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He brings a wealth of real‑world Agile and Scrum experience that makes every concept feel practical and immediately applicable.
The course provided a strong foundation in product ownership, from maximizing product value to effective backlog management and stakeholder collaboration. The interactive exercises, discussions, and real examples helped reinforce the material and made the learning both enjoyable and memorable.
By the end of the training, I felt much more confident in my ability to think and work like a true Product Owner. I left with tools, techniques, and a mindset that I can apply right away.

Great Instructor…wonderful class

The workshops covered the basics, and included a good mix of theory and real world discussions.
The hands on as well as many interactions with the instructor and other attendees made it very engaging.
The instructor Danko is great and fun, keeps everyone's attention.

A great and very friendly learning methodology was provided. I enjoyed every session with the trainer and learned in a fun and motivating way.

What surprised me was:
-- Instructor: Bonsy Yelsangi is crazy good. She was engaging, insightful, and — dare I say — genuinely entertaining

-- The "Time Warp": I was shocked at how quickly two days flew by. By the time the final minutes wound down, I felt a genuine sense of sadness that it was over.

-- – Discovering Scrum Fundamentals: This certification helped to strengthen the core principles and the scrum framework. It clarified areas I hadn’t consciously realized needed refinement and reinforced the importance of staying grounded in the fundamentals.

-- Newfound empathy: This was the most impactful takeaway for me. The training encouraged honest reflection on my own practices and highlighted areas where I can improve. It deepened my empathy for teams and gave me a clearer understanding of how my actions and decisions influence team dynamics and flow.

At Scrum Alliance, we talk constantly about the power of agile skills and awareness. This course personally reminded me why we do what we do.

Bonsy is very knowledgable and lead the training in a very efficient, fun and interactive manner. Covered all scrum, additional concepts and handled clarifications with great detail. Overall, it was a great learning experience.

I took the CSPO workshop and it was so much better than I expected. Danny, our instructor, was fun, upbeat and carried us through the material in a way that made it easy to digest. I would recommend this to anyone who has some general experience and understanding with Scrum and the Product Owner role and would like to enhance and refine their skills.

The instructor included different varieties of teaching the course to keep the students engaged. There was some lecture, student collaboration sessions, videos and student participation. The two days went by quickly and the content taught by Bonsy Yelsangi was excellence!
