I had a thoroughly enjoyable JustYou holiday in Vietnam organised through Graceful Wanderlust. Sam Hadfield helped me choose the holiday and looked after everything thereafter making it a stress free experience.

We wanted to go to New York for our honeymoon, but didn't know where was best to stay. Sam organised a amazing hotel, in a brilliant location. She went above and beyond and organised our itinerary, even a lovely restaurant and informed them and the hotel we were on our honeymoon. Would definitely book with Sam again.

Our service from Sam from start to finish has been exemplary. Her attention to detail and ability to make some quite significant changes to our holiday plans has made the whole process stress free for me! This is the first time I have used an agent to organise my holiday, I usually plan and organise everything so it has been a very welcome service that is much better suited to an experienced agent than me spending hours scrolling through all the options. Sam was attentive throughout the booking process and during our holiday, responding quickly and efficiently to any query. Flights and accommodation suited our requirements perfectly, we had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam's services.

Sam was absolutely brilliant both before, during and after our 3-week trip to Italy.
We wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with a trip through Italy, but had no real idea of how best to do it. Sam outlined options, gave great advice and picked out our 'must do' activities and found the best ones for us.
She updated us throughout the process and even changed a couple of activities at short notice for us once we were in Italy.

We had an amazing honeymoon booked by Sam, she met all our needs and was very accommodating :) she booked all our execrations and kept us updated throughout our holiday of any changes :) 10/10 would recommend. There was some lovely personal touches added to our experience as well

We would highly recommend Sam to anyone who wants all of the stress and hassle taken away when booking a holiday. Sam recently helped book a trip to Disney Land, and when I say help, I mean booked everything… all we had to do was pack and turn up on time to the airport, everything else was taken care of. This was perfect as we are a very busy family with work and life in general and knowing everything was taken care of took away all of the stress.
