Honestly such a breath of fresh air to find a construction company that does both design and building work so well. I loved that Gemma was there from the very start to help us with the plans because it meant the transition into the actual build phase was completely seamless. Conor was always on hand if we had any questions and the team on site,especially Andre and Mihai, were just brilliant. They are so hard working and honest about everything which is so rare to find these days. We are absolutely chuffed with the result because it has totally changed our home and the way we use our space. We had a few friends over last weekend and they were all asking who did the work, so I have been passing their details around to everyone I know. Could not be happier.

Just had our new garden room finished and I am absolutely over the moon! The design is perfect and it feels so much more spacious than I imagined. The build team was really efficient and I have to give a massive shoutout to Mihai and Andre because they were just great to have around. Even when we had a small hiccup with a delivery they fixed it straight away with no fuss. Gemma in the office kept us in the loop the whole time too which made everything so much easier to manage. So glad we picked them for this.

great experience with these guys on our extension. Conor the director is a top bloke, he clearly cares about the finish and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with how things were looking. Andre and the lads were working hard every single day and they were such a laugh to have around on site. They really know their stuff and you can tell they take pride in what they do because they caught a few things we didnt even notice.The place looks incredible now and it was definitely worth every penny.

We only used Grand Innovations for the design side of our loft conversion and I honestly could not recommend them enough. Gemma was fantastic at taking my messy sketches and turning them into real architectural plans that I could actually understand. It saved us so much time and stress down the line. If you are starting a project just get them to do the design first because you wont regret it.

My experience with Grand Innovations was bitter sweet. Not in a negative way. The designs were great and gave me real potential for my property. Connor and the team were friendly yet professional and Gemma is a real asset. Sadly after months of planning I decided the build was not for me and decided to put my property on the market.

Grand Innovations completely renovated our upstairs bathrooms, downstairs WC and also our garden patio. They were a reliable, trustworthy team and we are really pleased with the end results. Communication was great and they were happy to finish any snagging jobs. Would highly recommend Conor and his team.

Grand Innovations Surrey did an outstanding job on our kitchen extension. This was a big project involving structural steelwork and a full redesign of our layout, and the team handled everything with real expertise. The quality of finish is superb, and the builders were friendly, tidy, and very considerate of our family routine. The result is better than we imagined, and we feel like we’re living in a new home.

Grand Innovations responded to my online enquiry for a design/rebuild of our porch/lobby and installation of a new driveway.

I was very impressed with Conor and the team. The initial video consultation was very useful as I was able to explain what I required more clearly to Conor. He and the team took care to understand my requirements more fully with a follow up video call, and Conor was very proactive in following up on my questions.

The Grand Innovations quote was competitive with others I received, and the detailed cost breakdown was very helpful in understanding where I could perhaps reduce costs.

Ultimately I decided to go with another company, simply as they were more local. Had I gone with Grand Innovations, I'm sure they would have delivered as promised. Following our planning approval, trying to choose a builder was a challenge to begin with until we met Conor through someone at work. A few years ago we had a new kitchen fitted and it was a terrible job. Not the case with Conor and his team who overall, we cannot fault, especially on timescale and neatness.
