The engineer that came was very patient and understanding as I had recently lost my husband and he was the one that dealt with things like the heating etc.

Job done. Fire's on!
The team were absolutely first-class. They arrived on time, they got on with the job, their work was professional and efficient, and they were not only friendly but great to have around the house. On top of all that, they also pointed out a couple of other little things that needed attention, and got these sorted too. Once finished, they gave us clear and useful advice about maintenance and caring for our new fire. Great company, great team, would recommend without reservation.

The stove engineer was on time and did a brilliant job. Even though the log burner is very dirty he cleaned it and left it in a brilliant condition

Always competent and friendly
Always competent and friendly. I ask Grandisson to service my wood stove every year. It does not cost much more than the chimney sweeping I would need anyway and it gives me peace of mind that the stove is safe and good to go. I have recommended them to my friends and I am extremely happy with their service. Thank you

Old gas fire repair and service
Byron (the engineer) quickly diagnosed the likely source of the problem (a failed ignition unit), and Grandisson did an excellent job in sourcing a replacement, given that the fire is 25 years old! About a month later Byron fitted the new unit and serviced the fire very professionally. I had to ask for the service certificate, which I had been told would be sent to me automatically.

A very professional company.
The difficult fireplace installation was completed in a very professional manner in one day. Despite having to remove most of an old unit there was virtually no mess and the wall was re-plastered and made good to a very high standard. A lot of useful information regarding care and cleaning was also given.
