An absolute nightmare getting paid out still not got paid so I guess it’s not going to happen first time in nearly 20 years on these sites and no payment on winnings avoided at all cost

Website presentation is ok. Low chances to win as every winning spin pays either the stake or half of the money staked. I would say close to zero. Played 300 spins without a win albeit playing 10p stake. And when I got a scatter of "lord of the ocean " (10 free spins), it paid zero pounds. I is no different to a pickpocketer. Well everytime I played and won they go thru the same crap, you're card withdrawal failed and we need bank account details, this was on multiple sites all owned by white hat gaming, the longest withdrawal was 1 week and the shortest 3 days, the actual sites were fine but going thru that stupid process every time is ridiculous, avoid them if you can, there are plenty of nonsense casinos outthere.

It's a complete scam! I made a withdrawal and all trace of it disappeared and I wasn't paid. I had no communication at all, and when I chased it up, I was told it had failed. Stay clear of this site, I am reporting this scam company to every governing body!

Last Tuesday I have won some cash. Next day they had maintenance and after this I lost almost 400£ on my favorite game. I'd play like this for years. Do not trust this casino they do not abide by the terms set by the UK gambling commission and make their own terms up. They have been withholding my winnings of £460 for over 2 months and are disregarding all the terms set by the Uk gambling commission. They are basically curaco type casino with a Uk gambling commission license but do not abide by any of its terms.

I have won monies , and still didn't receive my withdrawals ,they requested paperwork and unfortunately didn't amend my new address my now account which I now sent my council tax bill showing my new address, they now blocked my account and I still didn't receive my monies ...they are a scam I I wish I read the other reviews before I started using them ...I will heave no option but to take them to task as I did everything required.
