Avoid at any cost.They restric the acces to my account just after deposit and can't get those money back!!!

I joined here 2 days ago, deposited £20 and won £115. I withdrew £80 and contacted support who said could be upto 24-48hrs to review it. Contacted them at 36 hrs after reading some of the bad reviews and I have just received my money in my bank account. I will now be playing more.

I was sceptical having seen a lot of the comments however I had a great experience and won a lot of money. They paid out quickly once it was processed, although it did take a week to verify everything as a new player. That's okay though and live chat and correspondence on email was brilliant. Btw, I don't work for them a genuine player!

Been with them for years but will not use them anymore deposited money,withdraw only £75 on the 24th February and still isn't in my account reason they say because my old bank card on there and they told me I can't remove it so really if I deposited it should automatically go in the card I deposited with, live chat useless say be patient can take 72 hours its been 12 days still no reply from account team so I would afford site other sites it's in within an hour

2nd review **Update** upgraded to 5 stars as money was processed yesterday afternoon (well within the 48 hours) and it hit my account by 5:50am today - whole process from start to finish has been great! Thanks guys 100% recommend!

1st review* Used this site for the first time tonight. Deposited £100 and received a £150 bonus & didn't win. Deposited another £150 and won £1400 so withdrew. Put on anther £20 and won £2100 and withdrew. I've had confirmation my account is verified by 3 advisors and told no documents are needed to process my withdraws.
Been told it could take 72 hours in total on a first withdraw, I'm hoping not the full 72 hours to review but will update at next stage

I win 800£ they not paying out my money! And account is blocked. All the time same ansver-we cannot process true your paypal! Or just again asking Bank Details!

Requested withdrawals of £39,000 on the same day and still not recieved.
Recieved a email for documents which were sent promptly. Just being told to wait as accounts in review. Been waiting near a month for my winnings.
March 12th and still not recieved withdrawal been told account review and can take up to 8 weeks.
Update March 18th and still waiting for Grand ivy casino to process withdrawal being told the department is reviewing account. Unbelievable
Update recieved email advising they are closing my account and confiscated winnings returning initial deposit. No specific reason given just reffered to clause 13 of T&Cs. I have not breached any of the terms abd will start court proceedings.

Having joined grand ivy casino within the last week I was a bit hesitant after I made my 1st withdrawal and waited 24 hrs and no money in my bank account.i read the reviews on here and was worried having seen so much negative reports regards withdrawals.i contacted support and was advised the 1st withdrawal can take upto 48 hrs after verification checks and I waited bang on 48 hrs,this was on a Sunday and I wasn't expecting any change and when I messaged len at support he confirmed it would be sorted that day at some point,len was very helpful on both occasions,anyway within another 1.5hrs the money appeared in my bank,I thought I would try again and I managed a small win and I withdrew the funds and the money appeared in my bank account within 2 mins from me withdrawing it,and I have just done exact same thing on a £200 win and again instant transfer,this casino is straight and very very quick to layout,the only other site I know to pay out as quick is paddy Power,I highly recommend this site and customer service is easy to contact and again very helpful especially with my 2 times ive made contact with len.5☆ service from me.

I recently registered with grandivy, I'd verified, withdrawal received, ok I am new at looking at reviews about sites, and the comments do scare you a bit, so scared me, customer support was brilliant, and also have new support site, which I was advised about, and set up security log in was easy, grandivy is a casino, like any casino you lose you win, not just online, but think about casino you can visit in person, never been to one, but they are everywhere, at least the online casinos have our best interest, from losing and winning, from how much time is taken online, they remind you on how long you been gambling, and if needs be, they give you a rest period

But when it's come to withdraw we have to go through a hell useless and dumb customer service,
The document validation it's up to 48...it's been 4 days scums and i keep getting the same dumb anwer.. (you have to wait....)
Wait for what untill i get angry enought to leave my winning and just forget this website and everything....
It's a good strategy how many people lose their money like that... I really had no hope for this world anymore.

Don't believe everything you read, been with this firm for a few years now and come back when nothing seems to be paying. Deposited 40 withdrew 85 (Small i know) and funds were in my account within 12 hours. I like them to be fair.

Sadly I've come to agree with all of the negative reviews here. Grand Ivy Casino was one of the best around. I thoroughly enjoyed the updated games and never ever had issue with withdrawals. Over a course of a couple of years I had great fun, really good wins frequently and no issues at all. I recommended the site to my friends too. Until suddenly they locked my account and said my account was under review.... it's been over two years review now! The date given is recent when I've approached the customer care team to answer me as to why the account was suspended. Sadly they tell lies and are unclear on forward procedure. Like most people here I've never been a sore loser, just enjoy gambling and hate it when you're made to feel like a common criminal. Grand Ivy Casino is sadly a waste of time. I love how they show people winning at the side of the screen; I was one of them once.... they will turn on you too. Trust me. They won't let me withdraw my money. Thought other people were exaggerating with their reviews but no, this casino is genuinely terrible. Had my account years but rarely played, was given some bonus funds i managed to turn into real money and the casino locked my account when i tried withdrawing it. Plenty of other casinos out there that work properly so forget these guys.

Won some money withdrew they then blocked my account and kept requesting ID which I sent, I did eventually get the money 12 days later after sending numerous emails

I won 300 pounds and I've been waiting for 15 days but they still haven't transferred it to me. if I had read these comments before, I would never have even tried to play in this company. has this company transferred the winnings to the bank account of even one person??? NO!!! we must go to court!

Deposited £200 won £1300 on the live roulette, nearly 10 days ago and have not been paid and no responses to my e-mails. I will be objecting to this companies license for all the good it will do but anyone thinking of joining these scammers think twice, you've been warned.

Worst casion site ever. I won on the 2nd it took till the 11th to verify my details and I still haven't revived my money. Online chat is a joke and keeps telling me to allow time. Its been the 10 working days and I have received nothing. Total con of a site thats need taken down
