A wonderful experience! I reserved a car the night before I wanted to pick it up, and staff were in communication with me almost immediately to set up the rental. Over the course of my five-day rental period, my interactions with staff were consistently great: they were responsive, professional, and competent. And the car was in great condition - both clean and mechanically sound (I drove it in a variety of road conditions during my trip, and everything worked very well). I would not hesitate to rent from this company again!

Ich kann Grand Rent a Car Baku absolut empfehlen! Ich war auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen Offroad-Auto und bin dabei auf Grand Rent a Car Baku gestoßen. Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles super funktioniert. Fragen wurden schnell und ausführlich beantwortet, und die Übergabe sowie Rückgabe des Lada Niva direkt am Flughafen Baku waren völlig unkompliziert. Besonders gut fand ich, dass das Auto ohne Kilometerbegrenzung gemietet werden konnte. Auch die Rückerstattung der Kaution lief problemlos.

Mit dem Lada Niva konnte ich viele wunderschöne und abgelegene Orte in Aserbaidschan entdecken und hatte eine wirklich tolle Zeit.

Gegen Ende meiner Reise ist leider die Batterie ausgefallen, obwohl ich bereits weit von Baku entfernt war. Das Team hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und sehr schnell einen Batteriewechsel direkt vor Ort organisiert wo ich war. Dadurch konnte ich meine Reise problemlos fortsetzen.

Reliable company. We rented a Lada Niva for 8 days to explore Azerbaijan and everything went smoothly, with pick-up and drop-off from the airport. Definitely would recommend.

Rented a Toyota Corolla for an overnight trip to Shahdag. Car handover and booking was extremely professional and swift. Kamran guided me with all the traffic rules, speed limits and potential fines.
Car was very clean and in excellent condition with 3 bar of fuel and tyre pressure checked. I requested for a baby seat at last hour which was also taken care off. Kamran is super helpful over what’s app with any queries and car booking.
I have rented car in Dubai, Qatar, Malaysia, Turkey and Thailand and this was one of the most professional, quick and hassle free renting process. Kamran did all the paperwork and upon return they checked the car and camera for fines within five minutes and returned the deposit.
