Delivery let them down so be cautious when ordering for home delivery. They delivered when we made it clear we were away from home and left them between two parked cars on a publicly accessible car park. Ordering by phone was quick and easy with good customer service.

I ordered a 10' gate having phoned to ensure that the gate would be made to this length and not the standard 3metrea. I was assured this would not be a problem but would take 6 weeks. A month later I phoned and was told that they had forgotten to make the gate. Then I phoned a month after that to be told that the gate had arrived but they couldn't find it! Another month and they sent me a gate that was the wrong size. Another month, and another gate sent to me which was the wrong size. This despite the manager Anthony and the usual member of staff Seamus both telling me that they had definitely checked that it would be right. After 6 months I now have the right gate and in fact the quality is very good. The manager said that I would definitely get some compensation but guess what- that hasn't arrived either!
All this has involved me phoning many many times. Promised call backs never happen. Oh and Seamus; calling me buddy while I am complaining to you for the third or forth time is more than a little irritating.

Purchased 4 sleepers at a good price. Correct order was delivered on the specified day and to the correct location. Driver even helped upload them and carry them to my preferred location. Perfect, thank you.

Placed my order at 6am after work and it was delivered before 12am by a very pleasant driver.
Fence panels were good for the price , I've used grangwood many times and have never been disappointed by them.

Ordered from Grangewood and delivery and items were very cheap but also top quality!

The fence panels appear to be made well but I'm afraid that's where it stops as far as positives.
After a phonecall to be told I couldn't have a Saturday delivery even though the website states you can, it was agreed a before 10am on the Monday. At around 1040 incall them to ask politely where my delivery is, and asked for help lifting them due to breaking my foot over the weekend. They will not do anything to assist you, and even the driver just dumped the panels on the driveway without even so much of a knock at the door. It's clear as day there is so little humanity I'm this company and they are happy to take your money and run
Needless to say I would rather pay more and get better service.

Telephoned order in as I needed some advice and placed and paid for the items over the phone. I was very impressed when the following morning the delivery arrived at my address. The driver was a really polite and friendly man. Bargain prices and brilliant service.

I read the mixed reviews but there appeared to be more positive reviews more recently and so I decided to take my chances. Order placed, phone call a couple of days later to arrange delivery, all good so far. Delivery great, really friendly and helpful driver. When the driver left and I looked at the goods, I felt that my fence panels were not the colour I ordered (and in fact slightly cheaper than what I paid for) and so I checked what I had ordered and sent a photograph of what had been delivered to Grangewood. Very speedy response, by way of a telephone call that same day but the person I spoke to chose to insist that “colours vary” and he assured me that what I ordered, I received, because he personally loaded the van himself! I pointed out to him that this wasn’t a variation in colour, it was a completely different colour, but he again chose to insist that I had the correct colour panels. Short of driving a fair distance to their depot with a fence panel on my roof rack, I don’t feel that I have any option but to get my paint brush out!! The last thing I want to do when I chose and paid for the correct colour in the first instance. But let me be clear, I do not have what I ordered and no amount of chatter about hand picking my panels and loading them personally will convince me otherwise. It’s a shame that this matter could not be resolved because other than someone attempting to pull the wool over my eyes, this would have been a glowing 5 star review with repeat custom.

I had searched other suppliers for the fencing products I needed and only Grangewood had them all in stock, great price too. But more impressively I got a phone call to point out I had ordered the wrong size screws and suggested an alternative. Next day delivery too.

A warm welcome, very helpful with regards to sorting out measurements for joists and decking and guaranteed next day delivery.

Back in spring 2022 I got in touch with grangewood Yoxall. My overlap fencing were gapping as if there was an overlap missing. I was told they were too busy to send any body out to look at them.
I have been in touch a couple of times since then and I still haven’t had a response.
I chose Grangewood as members of my family have been happy with their purchase. So needless to say I am disappointed with them. The fences are not going to last as long as they should.
With all the wet weather the gap’s have closed up.

Took delivery of the pointed Picket 3ft fencing plus posts in Tamworth Staffs and the quality was amazing and the product received was even better than that on the website.

Grangewood are incredibly competitive with pricing. They delivered when the said they were going to. I ordered wet cast so I knew they would not be perfect. I do think the moulds could be four sided but still it was by far the cheapest. Panels are very good quality. Driver was helpful. I cannot complain. I still have a lot to install but I’ve got no issue with the materials and service.
