Very helpful sales lady, explained the process clearly and offered a great deal. Process was completed as per plan and on time. Fitter was very professional with resulting worktops just as expected.

AVOID

purchased worktops and paid a deposit (£4000 total £400 deposit)

Was told with any excess or left overs we can decided what to use it for ie tables, window sills.

First step we knew this company was poor was when we wanted something cut, paid the deposit and then was told we couldn't have that, second issue was the template guy turned up 3 times, third issue was the granite did not get delivered to be cut, forth issue is they could not fit worktops on the day arranged (work tops, sink, hob and taps removed on 20th sep and its currently been 17 days) and now on Saturday a day we have been promised due to the previous Wednesday falling through is the fitters have just not turned up. Had an email stating 8:30-10:30 they will be here and after sitting on hold for 1 hours and sending email trying to get a response or find out whats happening we have had to give up!!

When we did also advise what we wanted with the excess such as back splash and window sills this was added onto our invoice..honestly avoid this company at all costs, not a single step in the process was smooth or truthful

We would certainly recommend the Granitezone Team from the sales team who we found helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and honest about their great choice of products. The survey team and installation team arrived on time as agreed. They were friendly and experienced and have finished off our kitchen with the Quartz work tops that look really amazing.
