Grasslands Nursery Avis

Great Transaction - Plants arrived very well packaged and in very good condition
I will definitely use them again

From start of my order to finish the company service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company and my products were delivered with care.

Ordering was easy and kept informed of delivery at all times. Excellent service

Goods arrived short time after order sent. Packaging was strong and pots had support from damage. Plants are in super condition and look very healthy. I don't think this could be improved on.
No complaints although the packaging was hard for me to remove - but I am elderly and have a bad back
injury.

This has been my first time using Grasslands Nursery.
I would highly recommend them. I have just received my strawberry bush that I ordered on the 17th August. The date of this review, and also the date of delivery is the 21st August. So absolutely no complaints about delivery times.
The bush is exactly as described. Actually I would say it's slightly better than I expected. A very healthy specimen. And all that at a really competitive price point. What's not to like.
So I would just like to end with a big shout out, and a thank you to Grasslands Nursery 👍🏻

Delivery was prompt and on time.
I'm especially pleased with the pleached tree, it's lovely and bushy, proving the instant screening required above the fence line.

I cannot recommend Grasslands Nursery enough. The plants were a great price, exactly as described, healthy and in perfect condition. They were despatched and arrived as promised along with being superbly packaged.

I will definitely use Grasslands again and am already recommending them to my friends.

Easy online ordering. Plants delivered within specified time frame. Healthy looking plants which were very well packaged and therefore arrived intact - no damage to plants at all! Would definitely order from Grasslands again.

the trees were delivered promptly and in very good condition. They are planted and are doing very nicely.

My 3rd order with Grasslands in the last year. Trees and plants always well packed and top quality. Fully recommended

Great value, healthy plants.
Great customer service- regular emails with updates of delivery.
Delivery updates and on time with very helpful and friendly drivers.
Highly recommend.

Great delivery, great plants. Will buy again.

Easy process to purchase what we needed. Great communication around delivery times and when they were delivered, the driver was professional, polite and efficient.

The plants were of great quality and in fabulous condition - perfect for a customers garden.

Pleached Hornbeam.
The delivery was quick and the trees were larger and bushier than I expected.

Easy to order on line. Order ready to collect quickly. Plant in good condition. Great caff on site. Friendly staff.

I have just purchased six decent size ferns for the garden, I had looked at other sites, but nothing compared to their size and price.
The ferns were in fantastic condition and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Good quick service lovely little tree reasonably priced

From ordering to receiving my very healthy plant's, everything was excellent, will definitely purchase from grasslands again

Easy website to order online. Plants arrived quickly and in excellent condition and were brilliant value for money .

The plants I ordered are excellent. Honestly the best plants I have had delivered from any company, and I have ordered from most of the main players. I ordered a number of ferns that are so healthy looking and well packaged - basically in perfect condition! I was emailed and refunded prior to their arrival for one plant, which they didn’t have enough stock to fulfill my multiples. The order was a little slow and one day late according to the shop pay tracking, but given how nice the plants are would 100% use Grasslands again. All round very pleased with their excellent service.
