Gratzi Customer Support was exceptional. The response to my inquiry, and all further communications was prompt and thorough. They also offered me 2 options to resolve my concern, and both were reasonable and offered value. Problem solved all within an hour (max). I couldn't be more pleased. Above and Beyond! This wine for the money can't be beat. I prefer dry red. This one is smooth and full bodied enough. It's my everyday wine and would happily serve it to guests.
The customer service is the Best!
The only problem we've had was occasional delay because of weather.

The whole point of recurring shipments…
The whole point of recurring shipments is to provide the customer with a product in a timely manner with no lapse in said product. Auto draft on 3/15 and it is 4/1 and still hasn't shipped. This would only be my third shipment -- the first two were timely. Contacted support and they did offer a 10% discount and stated would be shipping shortly. Two weeks later and nada. So cancelling completely as have purchased another product elsewhere.
